Just go to a "furry" convention:
It will be centuries before we have the spacecraft technology to reach them though. Even robotic probes would take generations to reach them and return.
We should alert the President. Perhaps this information will prompt him to directing more money to NASA. Certainly, it would be of great concern in driving development of his Space Force.
