Homemade vanilla (sometimes made with coconut cream), with homemade brownie pieces, topped with a little amaretto, and a little cold brewed coffee.

If you are in to homemade ice cream how about lavender flavour.
Bring the milk to a simmer and put a cupful of lavender flowers/seeds and leave to seep while its cooling.
For a bit of crunch add fresh summer fruits to the mix just before freezing.
Blech! Lavender ice cream takes like soap!

Never cooked or made anything with lavender, but have thought of trying it, since I've seen contestants use it on The Great British Baking Show.
I have tried cooking with it, the results always have a taste of soap but in ice-cream it works for me
My favorite is vanilla ice cream with big chunks'o dark chocolate.
