Seems fairly straight forwards and clear cut (as much as this kind of thing ever is). I doubt anybody involved behaved perfectly but as described in the reports, the cases were resolved in a legitimate manner.
This is the kind of incident that happens all the time, all over the world and it wouldn’t have received any of the international media or political interest if one of the people involved hadn’t been a “celebrity”.
