Why do you need a verse? Where does the Bible say you need a verse for a belief to be true?

What do you dislike about Jesus?
I ask mods to be lenient to those who vent their grievances, for I'm trying to understand hatred for Christianity and it's founder. My goal is not to stir up insults towards a Religion, but rather my goal is to understand better why people despise the religion and it's founder, and some of that can be learned even by letting them vent their hatred. I have gone through times where I hated Christianity and hated Jesus, even hated hearing the name. I'm just trying to understand why. (It's kind of difficult to hate someone who loves his enemies and forgives those who crucified him.)
If you hate Christ or hate Christianity, please be honest and transparent, but in a way that will educate me and perhaps others who share this interest, not in a way that violated the rules.
I don't want any hatred in my heart. However, there is something I still hate about Christianity. This idea that those who die without accepting Jesus as Lord and savior go to hell to be miserable for ever is just ridiculous, but so prevalent. Does he really love them? If he's going to send them to hell for simply not believing a doctrine about an unseen entity, how could that in any way be reconciled with love. He told us to love our enemies. If he doesn't follow his own advice, doesn't that make him a hypocrite? So, the hell Dogma is actually very unchristian in my opinion. To hell with it!
This common belief that a person cannot be enlightened, informed, rehabilitated, and convert after death bothers me as well.
Long time no talk. I usually don't hate things, but I do despise christian theology. It isn't specific to the bible, that's irrelevant. I don't know what god is and christ doesn't mean anything to me. I do hate how it affects people. I hate how I see people hurt and defined by other people's beliefs. I hate that there are christians who are passive aggressive about their religious views. I hate that christianity defines my environment. I hate how in some respects, not all, how I'm affected by it.
While christianity specific to catholicism is beautiful, at the same time christian theology rubs me the wrong way when it comes to human sacrifice. I respect non-denomination but it does make me pause when one church only gives emergency food and the like to its own members and not to people who genuinely seek need [personal experience].
I'm sure there are others who feel or have similar beliefs. I dislike that mindset but I never come across it with others other than christians.

Gross misunderstanding of Christ teaching exists. The key is in Romans 2. It is our consciousness that main product of Christ.

I hate that i was forced to grow up with a total myth. That this myth was pounded into my psyche. I hate the fact that it teaches that mankind can do no right. I hate that it teaches that all my loved ones who did not accept Jesus are supposedly in hell. And that Christianity requires you to be convicted of one long string of myths that if you dont believe it exactly right you are damned for all of eternity.
The serious game of salvation belief im not fond of.
The threats and intimidation efforts of believers im pretty sick of.
Christianity is built on the foundation believe, trust, and obey or else burn in the lake of fire forever. An ultimatum is its cornerstone.
I hate that Christians are blind and judgmental of honest, sincere, good, hard working non believers.
I hate the idea that everyone is created by God but sinfully created. Why would a perfect God allow it.
I hate the idea that the most sinister, evil, criminal people can repent.
I hate how it doesnt measure up to actuality. Nature is brutal and morally indifferent and that does not reflect a holy being whatsoever.
I for the life of me do not see justice in the Innocent paying for the crimes of the guilty to redeem mankind.
I hate the idea that christians portray their God as obvious, and self evident when there is nothing evident whatsoever.
In a world of murder, abortion, heinous crimes against humanity, that somehow this is all allowed to go on, and that somehow works into some kind of divine plan. That makes no sense.
I do not enjoy the idea that God created powerful angels that went against God. That does not sound like a God who knows what He is doing.
Finally , i cant comprehend an eternal hell. If someone is eternally evil, fine. So be it. But wouldnt an omniscient God be able to conquer evil in the hearts of the most wicked , vile beings. A few endless eons of hell , isnt that long enough.
Omniscient means able to do literally anything no matter whatsoever it is. Certainly an omniscient God could make any evil person into whatsoever He desires them to be. Keeping evil in an eternal lake of fire sounds needless, and counter productive.
If God were obvious and evident no sane man would choose against God. But God isnt anything obvious or evident.

You've been taught that's literal fire....it is not.
It's easy to understand that it is figurative, when you meditate on Revelation 20:13-14..."death is cast into the Lake of Fire".
You can't ' burn' death, can you? But God will get rid of it! Revelation 21:4
It just means that whatever is thrown into it, is never coming back!

it takes an intelligent person to discover that man was not created with an immortal soul as taught by the RCC. In the same way that you have discovered that truth, I have discovered that JW's are antichrist by claiming the flesh of Christ was not like his brethren. Nothing against Jesus. What I disliked about Christianity is that it seems to have little to do with Jesus except to use him as a graven image.
You misquoted me, which is against forum rules....but if that is how you want to play the game...then fine...we don't consider the bickering factions of Christendom to be Christians either. (1 Corinthians 1:10)
The Pharisees of Jesus' day apparently didn't think he was a good Jew either because he did not uphold what they taught. It is as Jesus said in John 15:18-21...
"If the world hates you, you know that it has hated me before it hated you. 19 If you were part of the world, the world would be fond of what is its own. Now because you are no part of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, for this reason the world hates you. 20 Keep in mind the word I said to you: A slave is not greater than his master. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have observed my word, they will also observe yours. 21 But they will do all these things against you on account of my name, because they do not know the One who sent me."
We prove every day the truthfulness of those words.
There are a few....
Romans 2: 6-11.....
"And he will pay back to each one according to his works: 7 everlasting life to those who are seeking glory and honor and incorruptibleness by endurance in work that is good; 8 however, for those who are contentious and who disobey the truth but obey unrighteousness, there will be wrath and anger. 9 There will be tribulation and distress on every person who works what is harmful, on the Jew first and also on the Greek; 10 but glory and honor and peace for everyone who works what is good, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. 11 For there is no partiality with God.
12 For all those who sinned without law will also perish without law; but all those who sinned under law will be judged by law. 13 For the hearers of law are not the ones righteous before God, but the doers of law will be declared righteous. 14 For when people of the nations, who do not have law, do by nature the things of the law, these people, although not having law, are a law to themselves. 15 They are the very ones who demonstrate the matter of the law to be written in their hearts, while their conscience is bearing witness with them, and by their own thoughts they are being accused or even excused. 16 This will take place in the day when God through Christ Jesus judges the secret things of mankind, according to the good news I declare."
Many of those in their graves had no law so are not judged by it. They perished without ever knowing it or the one who gave it. But by the condition of their heart, God will either "accuse" them or even "excuse" them when the resurrection takes place. (John 5:28-29)
Yes, the judgment comes after their death and resurrection. Their sins have been covered by Christ's sacrifice because they have paid sin's wages, which is death. With a clean slate the "unrighteous" will be given an opportunity to bring their lives into harmony with God's requirements. It is what God wants after all.....(2 Peter 3:9) He doesn't want to destroy or to punish anyone....he would love it if all repented and came to him. He is a God of love, not some cruel dictator itching to throw conscious souls into an eternal fire. The fire is figurative...not literal as my brother has explained.
We believe that Jesus was 100% human.....how does that belief make us the antichrist?

Jesus was born into this world in the same way as any other human. His conception, however was not like any other human. Holy spirit produced this human being who did not carry any of his mother's sinful DNA. He was mortal, but sinless. If he was not sinless, then he could not have redeemed mankind from their sins by paying the debt that Adam left for his children. He had to be exact equivalent of Adam to fulfill God's law..."a life for a life".....a sinless life for a sinless life. Why do you think he had to come from heaven to do this? There were no other sinless humans.
He is called "the last Adam" because he paid for what the first Adam did, both being without sin, (no sin nature) but with free will. (ability to make their own choices) Jesus proved by his course of obedience that Adam could have done the same, in spite of satan's temptations.
Being 100% human meant that he was not 100% God. Since God is not 200% anything.

Is sinful DNA part of the flesh of all humans?

You seem to be implying that Adam didn't have sinful DNA but yet he sinned anyway. That would mean that Adam's sin caused all humans after him to have sinful DNA.
But it's not DNA in itself that is sinful. What makes DNA sinful is God's LAW.
The introduction of God's command to Adam caused Adam's DNA to become sinful.

I was mistreated by the Christian community and grew not to like Christianity much. I even took the stance of the other side for purpose of debate. Upon debating, I eventually realized that I wasn't against it because the other side had better facts, but because of my personal hurt. I reached out to Jesus at one of my worst points, and since then, I do consider myself attempting to pursue Jesus.
