Satanism and Sex

Anyway, as I skimmed through this thread I found the following precious gem:

The Doors of Perception said:
Rape is bad because it is bad,

These wise words deserve a standing ovation, I think.

That is one of the main reasons I'm a Satanist. Judaism and it's offspring religions (Christianity and Islam) is very against sexuality, be it natural sexuality or homosexuality. Actually both are natural, I will get to that later. These Judeo-Christian religions fail to understand that sex brought them into existence, not their god. If their parents didn't have sex, they would not exist. Their god didn't bring their parents together. Sexual attraction did.

Homosexuality is something that people don't understand. It, along with feminism and asexuality exist as population control. Experiments conducted using rats confirmed this. Also, animals have shown homosexual behavior as a form of birth control, to get the pleasure of sex without reproducing.

To me, sex is a huge part of what Satan stands for.

Total, utter, rubbish. Asexuality does not exist as a population control, and certainly neither does feminism. If asexuality was a form of population control, we would expect to find it in areas where a species' population density is the highest, in very disproportionate amounts, but we don't. And feminism, an ideology that works towards making women and men equal, has nothing to do with the population.

Yeah, imagine telling someone youre Satanic:jam:

Lmao yes. It's amusing to say the least.

It can also be said the light of Jehova blinds people from his more sadistic motives. Personally I wouldn't want to follow a god that is big into people being owned by people.

And don't forget if you don't do everything exactly what God wants you're going to hell. So you're pretty much damned either way.

Actually, I was wrong about feminism. It exists as an excuse for businesses to pay their workers less.

Feminism is bad for the population, as feminists would be less inclined to procreate at a young age. They end up having kids at 40, and having kids at an older age carries a higher risk of genetic issues.

Asexuality does exist as a population control. Experiments have been performed where a group of rats were allowed to reproduce freely in a cage. Once the population reached a certain number, the rats lacked the inclination to reproduce. The same has been observed in Asian countries where the population is way to high- they place little emphasis on sex and reproduction. When the population reaches a certain density, more and more people become asexual or homosexual. Not that all asexuality and homosexuality arises from that. Some people can be born without sexual interests. They can also be born homosexual.

We humans would be rather asexual by now given our population exploded during the Industrial Revolution and has been skyrocketing ever since.

Feminism was around even during America's economic height.
They end up having kids at 40, and having kids at an older age carries a higher risk of genetic issues.
They generally end up having kids after college and getting a career, but is true for college-educated women as a group, not just the ones who identify as feminist. And the average age still isn't 40. late 20s to mid 30s is still a perfectly healthy young age for child bearing, which is around when college educated women tend to start having their first child.
Some people can be born without sexual interests. They can also be born homosexual.

Man, you're funny!

I just mean that I expected Satanism to have no moral code, but if Satanists believe that sex must be consensual universally, then it turns out Christian moral code and Satanic moral code are more similar than I expected.
Whose morality do you refer?Obviously those of the conforming herd and its mentality.

I always wondered why there are no specific "Thou shalt not rape" and "Thou shalt not enslave" commandments in the Bible.

People love rules, even LaVey wrote rules. But rules are for people who don't think. If it's comfortable to always behave in the same way, OK, make your own rules. But life is complicated and sooner or later you're going to end up in a situation where your rules aren't enough. That happened e.g. to people with Judeochristian beliefs in every war. Yeah; "Though shalt not kill", but the enemies were approaching and they didnt care about commandments!

The answer to "Is rape allowed in Satanism?" is "Yes, basically anything is allowed!", just as in Atheism, BUT... Satanism is about doing what's best for yourself. Being stupidly selfish is not for the best interest of anyone; Satanist or not. So you must always ask yourself what is the most convenient way to act in every situation. Independently of the Law. If you go around raping women, most people will obviously hate you; especially the victims. Even if you tell them that it was their responsibility to learn self-defense and be protected. You didn't need to rape a woman if there are so many others available and willing to have sex with you. And if you wanted to rape a woman just to injure her and not because of the sex... I think you're insane. How can you possibly get horny with someone you hate?

So is it convenient for people to hate you? On the other hand, is it convenient to do everything that most people wants you to do, just for fear of being left out?

Yes, politicians do all the damage they want and they don't care of being hated. But is that how you really want to live? Isn't it best for a selfish Satanist to make great things for Society, to end up feeling proud? Without going to self-defeating extremes of course. I always wondered why Superman helped people for free :D.

But why would you care about what people thinks if you're a Satanist? Well you live in Society... Until you become some sort of god, you still depend on other people. You need to buy products or services from someone else, you need to provide products or services to others to earn your living, etc.

About magic, I think it would be more convenient to make a money spell and a handsomeness spell. Or paying for a plastic surgery with the money you got with your money spell. Money usually solves the "no sex because I'm not attractive" problem (Lots of "Old man - young woman" memes come to my mind). You could also make a general sex spell without involving anyone in particular.

Basic human psychology.
I'm asexual and have a fetish for violence, so I can quite understand why one might want to do that. Still very unlikely that I'd ever do that myself, for various reasons, some of which you mentioned yourself.

But except for that, full agreement, great summary!

How could you understand it if you're asexual? You wouldn't get horny with anyone, whether you hate the person or not!

Being asexual means having no desire to engage in sexual activities (i.e. sex or mutual masturbation) involving others. Many also understand it as meaning not getting turned on when looking at other people.

The first definition applies to me fully.

The second applies to me mostly - I rarely but sometimes get turned on from looking at other people, but if, then it's about specific aspects of them, like their clothes or some body modification they might have, or aspects of their behavior, that relate to specific kinks, and not about those aspects being part of the rest of that other person.

And both these definitions don't contradict with the situation you described: No desire for sexual activities involving others, but also no qualms against doing such things if it would serve a different purpose, and getting turned on not by the physical appearance of other people but possibly by other things (namely by harming others, in the situation in question).

I hope that's not "too much information" but you were asking ;)

Wow, then I may be more Pleiadian than Human; because I swear I can only get horny if I think about some women. Taking revenge (with impunity of course) on someone would improve my mood, but it would never give me an erection.

In my case sex and violence are in completely different mental compartments. "If woman = enemy then destroy", but never "if woman = enemy give her forceful pleasure" (?!). I think sexual attraction is one of the worse distractions when you want to fight an enemy. My way of thinking is; don't lose your time, just kill the "*****" and move on; don't play with your food; otherwise your food may eat you.

So, am I a bad Viking? This reminds me a dream where Odin tested me. He showed me a crying, beautiful woman and told me to rape her. I asked him why, and if she was bad. Odin told me she was VERY bad and asked me again to do it. Well, I lost time, I couldn't pass the test and I woke up.

Nah, it just means you're hetero and don't have that paraphilia ;)

Sadism seems to be among the more common ones, that's why I wrote "basic human psychology" above.

With deities, not passing the test can also be a way to pass the test.
Can't speak of experience, though, deities don't talk to me like that (or if they do it's in dreams I don't remember).
