A couple of definitions so we know what we're talking about here.
"In Christian theology, the incarnation is the belief that Jesus Christ, the second person of the Trinity, also known as God the Son or the Logos (Koine Greek for "Word"), "was made flesh" by being conceived in the womb of a woman, the Virgin Mary, also known as the Theotokos (Greek for "God-bearer"). The doctrine of the incarnation, then, entails that Jesus is fully God and fully human."

Now, why does one kind of event, "incarnation" of god, make another kind of event "reincarnation" of people, possible?re·in·car·na·tion
/ˌrēənkärˈnāSH(ə)n/
noun
noun: reincarnation
the rebirth of a soul in a new body.
You're confusing the soul with the spirit. The soul is the body. The Hebrew word is nephesh and it means "life". The blood is the life of the flesh. Spirit is ruach and it means "breath" (inside the body) and "wind" (outside the body). The spirit enters our bodies upon birth and taking that first breath. God is a person who created us in his own image. He created us because he was lonely and the purpose of life is life itself. It is his intent for all of us to enter Heaven when we die and live forever with God.
