Wait a minute, so that wasn't really an Atlantean unicorn egg?
No. That wasn't even a potato. All I know is, when I put the Geiger counter over it the result was a series of frantic beeps. I think maybe it was a Chernobyl potato.

If there is nothing wrong with eating shell, I don't see why not do this and save yourself some time.

I've been resuming this high calcium diet and devour cantaloupe , kiwis, and watermelon like a Savage which are fun to eat just like apples one bite at a Time, skin seeds and all.

I also eat apple cores and orange peels. there are lots of vitamins kept in the areas that we don't eat, and sometimes the most of the vitamins are in the parts you don't eat like the white stuff in the oranges.
A lot of calcium, can lead to kidney stones....painful, painful, painful!

Today I discovered that from the Dollar Tree I can get frozen pinneapple, heat it up, put it onto a hot dog bun and put some barbeque sauce on it. Its not exactly like california pizza but its somewhere in that neighborhood. The trick is to make sure the pineapple is not cold.

I also for the first time made bread with yeast, and I also put mashed great northern beans in that had too much garlic in them. I didn't know how to toss the dough properly, but I let it rise for 6 hours. I baked it in a toaster oven. It came out very nice, full of very subtle flavor. Its like a flavor that I would describe as blue, because it would go with any food just like blue goes with any other color.

Make bread with olives (pitted) and sun dried tomatoes. Add a sprinke of mixed herbs, Yummy.

I think 6 hours to rise is weird unless you live in a very cold climate without heating. I put mine in the boiler room for 30 minutes. 6 hours it would take over the house.

Congrats on the success.

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.

Gosh Pope. Calcium is good for you I'm guessing it's a good pathway to the kidney stone crucible. Also known as pregnancy for men.
