Faith healers are the lowest type of human, they prey on the sick and vulnerable. If faith healing worked they would be employed in hospitals.

I never thought of that. And as money hungry those jerks are they would be tripping over themselves to get there. Great point.

Yes in the sense that biofeedback is real. The mind-body connection is profound.

I think that the power of the human mind has been hijacked and distorted by religions and that the supernormal rather than supernatural exists.

No, your in the right place. Nothing paranormal with faith healers, just sleight of hand and power of suggestion.

The placebo effect is also a factor in these things. Miracles are confined to Bible times and they were only a foregleam of things to come under the rulership of God's Kingdom......todays modern faith healers are charlatans for the most part and delusional for the other.

If its the same holy spirit in operation then we would see 100% success rate, as it was in the first century......we clearly do not see such a success rate, and many people's faith is shattered by the suggestion that a failure is their fault.

We were not to identify Christianity by its tricks...but by the qualities of "faith, hope and love" in its adherents. So who fits the bill?

Everybody knows that Faith healing only works in obscure remote places in Africa were the account is entirely undocumented and lacking any type of evidence or proof whatsoever which is the very definition of faith.
