Trump Attacks Pelosi & Mueller In France

 I don't see how it's a moral issue. Everything either one of them says goes out to the entire world anyways. So what does it matter where they are when they say it.
I have Adpergers and even I see the problem with Trumps behavior.

Trump bragged how he could shoot someone on 5th street and his base would sill follow him, and we're seeing that play out right here at RF.

It's based on the long standing tradition that we not do this, and for Trump to do this on the day to commemorate the loss of thousands of lives is just blatantly immoral, imo, because it's self-serving.

Uh huh,

What about the long standing tradition of the U.K. receiving the U.S President for a visit near D-Day commemoration? As a show of appreciation for the U.S. allying itself with the U.K. to defeat Germany? Trump was met with vitriol and hate. You don't seem too unhappy about the interruption of this long standing tradition.

Correct.

Have you had a chance yet to read Dietrich Bonhoeffer's famous analysis of the "stupid people" in 1930s - 40s Germany? It's timeless. Everything he said back then about "stupid people", as he called them, is true today.

For instance: Bonhoeffer states, "The fact that the stupid person is often stubborn must not blind us to the fact that he is not independent. In conversation with him, one virtually feels that one is dealing not at all with him as a person, but with slogans, catchwords, and the like that have taken possession of him. He is under a spell, blinded, misused, and abused in his very being.”

I think it helps to remember that "stupid people" have lost their ability to reason, and cannot be expected to recover it. They will be stupid for life, most of them.

So do I, and I find it hilarious. Maybe its because Dems are so super cereal all the time.
Theres nothing funny about the commander in chief taking a day that is about remembering and honoring those who gave their lives in service to their country and turning it into an opportunity to go in about himself. He should be kissing their ***, not going on about poor little hands me.

Well maybe if he wasn't met with so much hate from Britains he would have been in a better mood. ;)

You'd think they could put aside their p00p for one day to remember all that were sacrificed. But you are not too concerned about how they treated Trump are ya? ;)

No. Trump constantly embarrasses himself and is known for annoying and irritating "them," and being rude with them. Ever hear about how many times he repeatedly asked Merkel to strike up a trade deal with America, AFTER she told him she doesn't have the authority to fo that?

I justifi
And that somehow justifies what he does? If I get stopped for speeding, do I tell the office "Well, I just did what I do" and then expect that the officer will just say "That's fine, so no ticket"?
I justified nothing. I excused nothing. I made a statement of fact.

That's how he has learned to do. Ignore everyone and keep saying the same thing over and over and maybe they will start to believe it. Stormy? Stormy who? Lets talk about the wall and making America great again. Did I already say that? Let me say it again. Unfortunately his technique has worked so far because the republican party which tried to get him off the ticket are afraid not to support him now. This is the same party that placed an Actor in the white house who developed dementia before his presidency was over.

Yes that was Ronald Reagan who is ranked #1 as the best president that the U.S. has ever had, I think Abraham Lincoln was 2nd.

Your probably correct, and I had a lot of confidence in Trump that he'd again make a fool of himself before it was all over. He's a human wrecking-ball to our foreign relations with our allies-- but Putin loves him and Trump loves Putin-- a match made in hell, imo, and I don't even believe in hell. :emojconfused:

In a statement today Putin said a price of $40 a barrel would work for Russian oil. I doubt the boys in Texas are too happy hearing that.
