How about the appamaññā? (Four immeasurables, Four sublime states. {metta, karuna, mudita, and upekkha}) See Kalama Sutta verse 16.I think something from Core teaching, like the 4 noble truths, but i am open for topics from members here If you have a wish for topic i could write about it
That is a very good suggestion Yes I can make a dhamma talk on this topic you ask forHow about the appamaññā? (Four immeasurables, Four sublime states. {metta, karuna, mudita, and upekkha})
I will post the first part during this weekend and i hope that it can both be and inspiration but also a paper that can be used to help others learn more about Buddhism and its teaching. That is a very good suggestion Yes I can make a dhamma talk on this topic you ask for
It is a very big topic so I might take each part for itself, but also include all of them in each part because they do belong together
I look forward to reading the genuine article.I will post the first part during this weekend and i hope that it can both be and inspiration but also a paper that can be used to help others learn more about Buddhism and its teaching.

It is an excellent piece on the four sublime states: but it seems to me that dhamma is something else, like the actions that one undertakes in life. Does dhamma have to be based on the four sublime states?Look in seekers circle, I posted a dhamma talk there, the word are mine from my understanding of the topic i was asked to write about.
The 4 sublime states are a part of dhamma. Without cultivating these four states one can not attain inner wisdom of consciousness. and without cultivating this there is no way to end rebirth cycle and enter higher realms (Nirvana)It is an excellent piece on the four sublime states: but it seems to me that dhamma is something else, like the actions that one undertakes in life. I have done many things in my adult life believing that I was performing my duties to myself instead of developing the 4 sublime states of my character that would have made me a very good human being loved by everyone even without striving for the consciousness enlightenment and nirvana, and I fear it is now too late for me as I am 62 years of age with health problems that cause me endless suffering. Do you have any words of wisdom that could help me overcome my deficiencies? The 4 sublime states are a part of dhamma. Study the Satya-Advaita path you already on. follow only one path and not go back and forth depending on what other people tell you or talk about. It is never too late to become better.I have done many things in my adult life believing that I was performing my duties to myself instead of developing the 4 sublime states of my character that would have made me a very good human being loved by everyone even without striving for the consciousness enlightenment and nirvana, and I fear it is now too late for me as I am 62 years of age with health problems that cause me endless suffering. The satya-advaitic path has landed me where I am today because I have been practicing it for 20 years, so I wish to try something different to see if there is a better way to ameliorate suffering. This is why I am attracted to a whole new revision of what I should be doing with myself now. I took a break from Religious Forums for a week without posting anything to give me time to consider this. The only benefit I found of the satya-advaitic path is that I found the existence of God within me who guided me in my legal difficulties with the UK State in its persecution of me over those same 20 years. If you read my Blog you will find out how as no one came to my assistance in this nation of morons in a Police State. I am still waiting for the doctors to give me a clean bill of health and the appointment is on 28 June 2019 at 11.30 am with the Consultant Psychiatrist. Was finding that God and experiencing how He can guide a human being to withstand persecution a price worth paying for all the suffering that I have been through. After all the Buddhist way is supposed to be the best way to eradicate suffering, is it not?Study the Satya-Advaita path you already on. follow only one path and not go back and forth depending on what other people tell you or talk about. If you have health problems use doctors to help you.
The Buddhist teach us why we suffer, and it is down to attachments to past and present situations we experience, So to not suffer from something that has happen to us in the past, we let go of the past because it is finished, it has already happened and we can not change it.The satya-advaitic path has landed me where I am today because I have been practicing it for 20 years, so I wish to try something different to see if there is a better way to ameliorate suffering. Buddhism cannot help me because I am engaged in warfare to establish the truth. The Buddhist teach us why we suffer, and it is down to attachments to past and present situations we experience, So to not suffer from something that has happen to us in the past, we let go of the past because it is finished, it has already happened and we can not change it.
When we investigate why we suffer we look at the cause of it, and we find that it lay within the , attachments of Clinging to, Greed, anger, jealousy, Dislike, or like.
We humans tend to not be satisfied with what we have right now and always look for something better. But as a Buddhist (for me anyway) I live in this moment, and what was yesterday does not affect me anymore. What will come tomorrow depend on what i do today.
But often we are our own reason why we suffer and it is because we clinging to past experiences. If we can live in the moment and see clearly that our own action, words, and thoughts is what we experience in the future, so if we are harsh, ill-willed, angry, upset toward others today, that will affect us in the future. But if we can have a calm and relaxed mind, nothing going to affect us and suffering will cease to exist.
