...Unless someone here can admit that they would watch porn in front of their mother. If anyone here can do that, then I will grant that they, truly, don't believe it's a "naughty no-no".

Critical thinking isn't the same as being closed minded.
Critical thinking has nothing to do with being closed minded or not.
If you're not open to new ideas then you become stagnant. But being open to new ideas doesn't mean you have to accept the ideas, this is where critical thinking does come in, it just means you are open to explore them.
I wouldn't call you closed minded.
But definitely....resistant.

Well to be fair. California which is home to a lot of socialism supporters.
High property taxes, homelessness, and high cost of living are driving many away from California. Even Hollywood choses to film in place like Georgia (which makes Ron Howard and Alyssa Milanos protest even more hilarious). Because even socialist Hollyweird refuses to pay into the system they helped vote in!

People are pooping more than ever on the streets of San Francisco
If any socialist out there want to be taken seriously and given any kind of credibility. Then now is the time to step up and put your money where your mouth is. The time for talk is over, the time for action is now.
California has a fund to help deal with the homeless. They just refuse to actually use it. Just more talks and studies about how to deal with it, with little to no action.
The proof is in the pudding.

Did you know that the early internet almost failed, but was saved only by using porn to incite interest? I personally think that porn should be watched only by the very old, or the very sick. For the rest, porn is physically and emotionally very dangerous to how we interact within our society. Since we are all human, our religious beliefs are irrelevant.
Also, if it's not "bad" then you should watch it in front of your own children too. Do some people do that?
...Because you shouldn't hide what's good. You should share it.
I think it is a good thing to use the restroom, but I don't do it in front of my mother. I think it is a good thing to have sex with my wife, but I don't do it in front of my mother. I think taking a shower or bath is a good thing, but I wouldn't do either in front of my mother.
Some things are best left to a private setting.

I'm curious about your hesitancy. Do you find bathing to not be a good thing? Or would you find it appropriate to do it in front of your mother?
Many good things involving nudity or sexuality are best done in private.
