seeking christianity

Christians don't get along with eachother, so they built thousand churches.

We get along real well except for brash, unlearned skeptics who haven't done their homework and flaunt their folly, and those who seek to turn Christianity into something that would even embarrass the devil, were that possible.

Interesting, it has stood on its own two feet for 2000 years and now it can't?

It didn't exactly stand on its own feet. Instead, it was carried along by the blind faith of the followers.
The only reason the story of christianity is alive, is because its followers keep it alive.

Agreed... So glad that Christianity doesn't support it.

Not exactly

What Does the Bible Say About Witches?

The bible unambigously calls for the death of sorceress, mediums, necromancers,... aka "witches" in plenty of places.

As a wise man once said:

"They can't all be correct. But they sure can all be wrong...."

But is there a possibility that one of them is correct or right?
No matter how minuscule the odds, one is the genuine enchilada?
And how do we determine if that is the only one?

As for borrowing from paganism, that also is a farce.

Not Christianity. Jesus said, "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone." Since no one is sinless, then no stones can be cast - at witches or anyone else.

Neither one of which are in the Bible. Got something better?
“I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener. 2 He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunesa]">[a] so that it will be even more fruitful. 3 You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you. 4 Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me.

Actually the true vine is Dionysus. Jesus is just a copy of Dionysus.

That is true
So when these people built their thousands churches
were these different denominations established by Christ?
And they are preaching different ideas about God
They do not seem to agree with each other.

Let us take for example the different beliefs of these denominations:

Catholic Church - Trinity
The Nicene Christian doctrine of the Trinity (Latin: Trinitas, lit. 'triad', from Latin: trinus "threefold") holds that God is one God, but three coeternal consubstantial persons or hypostases—the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit—as "one God in three Divine Persons".

The Mormon Church

The Father and the Holy Spirit are one and the same personal God, according to Oneness theology. They teach that the "Holy Spirit" is a descriptive title for God manifesting Himself through His church and in the world.
Oneness Pentecostalism - Wikipedia
I believe, if the teaching is not in the Bible - the church denomination is a fraud, fake and it was built for personal gain.

Great opinion... but it seems a little too simplistic.

There is a difference between "Bible" and "Christianity". "Christianity" doesn't kill witches... the LOVE them...

I missed all that in the Bible.

Let me just take one of those so-called pagan "deities" - Mithra:

“We do know that Mithraism, like its mystery competitors, had a basic myth. Mithra was supposedly born when he emerged from a rock; he was carrying a knife and torch and wearing a Phrygian cap. He battled first with the sun and then with a primeval bull, thought to be the first act of creation. Mithra slew the bull, which then became the ground of life for the human race.” Nash and other scholars are unanimous in their conclusions that the so-called “similarities” between Mithra and Christ are not found prior to the advent of Christianity and the birth of Jesus. It was only after Christianity became established that pagan influences merged with and borrowed from Christianity to come up with the alleged similarities with Jesus Christ. - Scholar Ron Nash, Christianity and the Hellenistic World

And did you even bother to read 23 Reasons Why Scholars Know Jesus Is Not A Copy Of Pagan Religions. from post #21?

I tried really hard to understand christianity. The conclusion I got is that christianity alone doesn't stand on it's own feet. Christianity needs other religions in order to make sense. I think burning the witches is disgusting. It's high time christianity embrace pagan religions (especially dharmic), in my opinion. When christianity stops saying it's the only ''truth'', the world will be a better place.
Not all Christian denominations are the same, plus remember that as long as there are people running any organization, what's honest and truthful isn't always followed by all of them.

IOW, if your seeking perfection, you ain't gonna find it there-- or anywhere for that matter.

I studied orthodox christianity and it's real rigid denomination.

But be exposed to a "rigid denomination" doesn't mean one has to accept that degree of rigidness, especially within the Orthodox Church, the Catholic Church, and the Anglican Church, just to mention a few. Neither of these will drum you out of their ranks if you personally accept something different than what they may teach.

There are more than 30,000-40,000 denominations of Christianity
How many christian denominations worldwide?
Each denomination is different from one another
Each has its own doctrines and manner of worship

So what is Christianity?
Where is the sense?
Where is the truth among the 30,000-40,000 denominations?
Are there multiple truths or multiple lies? Which makes sense?

Since Christians claim to have a personal relationship with God, I would simply ask the Boss, in case of doctrinal/moral/etc. differences.

I am sure if you guys do that, all those denomination will disappear and you will have a unique version of Christianity. Oder?

I will go with when it stops altogether.

No. It never stood in it's own feet. Christianity hijacked judaism and paganism.

Christianity and Judaism share the same faith heritage. Christianity adapted some of the pagan symbolism that lent itself to defining Jesus in familiar terms.

¨ I am the way, the truth, and the life, no man comes to the Father but by Me¨

There is the truth, it cannot be any clearer.

You don´t like it, sorry. Your dislike changes the truth not one whit.
