Why would I take you as the arbitrator of which human being qualifies as having personhood and which human being does not?
You rather remind me of the 19th century US slavers who didn't think that black human beings qualified for personhood. Or natives.
"Personhood" is such a subjective term that people often use it to justify killing human beings that they don't find convenient for their ideology.

But some people get hung up on taking words literally & broadly.
"Pro-life" is just a label for being anti-abortion.

Does a fetus have volition and self-awareness? Is it capable of making decisions? Does it act on its own? Does it even know it is in a womb?

A baby in mothers womb react to sound touch and it remember this voices when it get born so yes they can think, feel. it does not just happen in the moment it get born that it suddenly start to hear, smell, see and feel.
at week 18 of the pregnancy the hearing is developed
