(a) Fact: Human sexual desire varies from individual to individual.
(b) An individual's sexual desire is a function of multiple factors. Genetics is a big, big factor.
(c) An individual's sexual desire can range from 0 (zero) to some very large number of times in frequency. [see "Hyposexuality" and "Hypersexuality")
(d) An individual's sexual desire can also vary over time.
(e) I recently read about doctor-prescribed medications that can increase sexual desire, ... if desired and approved. [Here, I am NOT referring to viagra and variants.]
(f) I suspect there are also doctor-prescribed medications than can decrease sexual desire ... if desired and approved.
(g) "Normal" sexual desire is a false myth.
(g) Couples should, in my opinion, have a frank discussion about their sexual desires. Married life can be challenging enough as it is. Substantial differences in partners' sexual desires can doom a marriage before it gets off the ground.
In answer to your question, I don't know. But there are close to 8,000,000,000 humans in the world and goodly portion of them are women. So, I inclined to say "yes" to your question.
