For me i just think it's exciting.I know not to do the stuff i am watching.Because of Deuteronomy 18:9-14.

I am 30.
I don't know in general, but one thought was that sometimes in a scary movie the situation brings out the worst in the characters. If it motivates you to see humans in bad character when an unexpectedly bad situation occurs, that might be a reason to avoid it.

Were any ghosts harmed in the filming of those movies and TV programs? I am definitely against that.

That does not sound that bad. I think that probably would not involve a probe by the Association for the Protection of Ghosts, Spooks, Specters and Apparitions.
They should really change their name so that they can have a catchy acronym.
I see no reason why not, but some people may choose not to for many personal reasons and each has to decide for themselves.
Those shows are fictional and watching them or enjoying them is escapism and not worship or endorsement. Not unless you want it to be.
Frank old boy, after that cousin thread I have to suspect you are here to just 'goad' us (at least in a comical way).
I don't remember the chapter/verse off hand by I am sure Deuteronomy warned about cousins getting strange if one watches ghost shows!

Or better still, is it "The Ghost and Mrs. Muir?"
Or.....is the most famous line 'I see dead people?"
............................................and after you see one, are you compelled to head straight to the oija board with a bunch of giggling teenagers?

That’s not the issue because they always have living actors to play ghost roles. It’s the Hollywood controversy they don’t want to talk about; opaque-washing.
