Feed lots already have more than they can use. Most would have been exported but for Trump's trade war. Many farmers are saving what they can and just leaving grain in the field to rot.

As for your dig at environmentalists, you evidently either don't believe that climate collapse is a problem, or don't care.

The government paying to feed cows is socialism. Basic environmental concerns are not.
