is the lake of fire an ocean of love?

a place of refinement, like weaver's soap? like nataraja inflamed with love?

Isaiah 48:10
Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction.

Proverbs 9:8
Reprove not a scorner, lest he hate thee: rebuke a wise man, and he will love thee.

Revelation 3:19
As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.

The Lake of Fire referred to by Jesus was a well-known place, Gehenna. This was a small valley used to sacrifice children to the Canaanite god Moloch by fire. GEHENNA - JewishEncyclopedia.com

So the upshot is "I don't want you. Go back to the Canaanites."

I find the definition of the Bible's lake of fire is defined as' second death ' as per Revelation 20:13-14.
So, No, Not an ocean of love but ' destruction ' as found at Psalms 92:7 that the wicked will be destroyed forever.
Sinner Satan ends up in ' second death ' - Revelation 21:8
Jesus destroys Satan as per Hebrews 2:14 B, thus the ' lake ' is a fitting symbol for destruction.

Yes.

Strangely, few "Christians" realize this.

I Cor 3:10According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon. 11For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. 12Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; 13Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. 14If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. 15If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.

Elsewhere, it is stated that God is ABLE to destroy both body and spirit in the lake of fire, but that is not to say he WILL do so.
Again, it is stated that some will have their PART in the lake of fire.

Complete destruction would eventually happen to the completely unrepentant, but perhaps God is able to bring all to repentance.
That is between them and God.

It is called the second death, but it also says that death and the grave will be destroyed by the lake of fire -and that the LAST enemy to be destroyed is death.
