My musing on this came to me as I woke up. Maybe the middle ground, or possibly the common ground, between the two magical creeds are found in the dream world.

On a lighter note, some time back I had a well-intentioned believer inform me that I had 'fallen from Grace',.....to which I just HAD to respond as to just HOW he knew that I had fallen off of a horse named Grace, just the other day.
Never did get an answer to that one, though.

So, who or what do you think I have "fallen" from, or might it be "fallen FOR"?

And while YOU obviously have reasons for accepting God as being the 'best solution', I doubt that you can come up with anything substantial to support that claim, can you?

Maybe in YOUR dream world, but must assuredly NOT mine...and much of what I dream, if it was real, would have me incarcerated for a loooong long time :)

I tend to dream weird ****. I think I have "visited" 2 alternate realms in my dreams. Neither was a place humans were allowed, or so was impressed upon me via 'poof' knowledge. One of those places was dark and under-worldly and the other was the opposite.

We are the result of our genetics and biology. Some have an easier time of life than others. Some people have a biology that gear them for optimism while others are born nihilists. It is very unlikely that one strays too far from where they started, especially before the time of the internet.

According to super-string theory, there are at least 10 dimensions in the universe and other theories suggest there could be up to 26 dimensions. What if we are all living out our lives in multiple dimensions, all at once, linked somehow through a cosmic id. What if the cumulative results of all our choices from multiple universes is the determinate of what gets us into heaven or hell?

And what if some of us have the same overall ID yet different presences in some dimensions like this one? In a different dimension, I could be writing what you just wrote, because well, there would be no real difference between us.

(Though if we did have different IDs, well it still doesn't throw away the chance of me writing your post in a different dimension)

It's possible. The variables become mind binding if you really think about it. Because with just a few different variables you can have quite a dramatic butterfly effect.
