Eh, fish sticks (processed misc. white fish) and imitation crab (also processed misc. white fish) are pretty common in U.S. groceries.
I can only imagine what color your mouth is after... that would be a deterrent for me.
Crab & fish sticks (aka fingers) are great.
I've been eating the latter for over half a century.
I've had 'em, not bad. I actually like them with ketchup!
