Factional Science Faith

@Audie @Dan From Smithville For whatever it might be worth, the worst examples I was thinking of on the anti-religion side of the debating were not in these forums. Also, now instead of calling it "factional science faith," I'm thinking of calling it "factional science culture." I'm still not satisfied with that way of saying it, either.

Please provide references of the original book/s (not from the compilation of excerpts) written by Bahaullah on science and or scientists.

Regards
It is from a tablet to Ustad Ali Akbar who was martyred in Yazd in 1903 and is entitled Tajalliyat (effulgences).
Baha’u’llah says, “Great indeed is the claim of scientists and craftsmen on the peoples of the world”

This is a very good post in this thread. The one wee change I might suggest is in Darwinian evolution, rather than say genes are passed on with tiny flaws, I might prefer "variations." The result is the same, but it seems slightly more accurate. (Note: I realize this is quibbling, but I'm a quibbler.)

You're entirely right... 'flaws' is a little bit loaded and has a different meaning :) thanks!

Well, sorry, but none of this seems worth much.
Maybe you need something else to think
about. You do not have a term, you do not
have an example, you do not actually have
a topic at all.

Ok so you "like" my response. You agree that
this has been a waste of time, and that
you never actually had a topic in the first place?
Or what?

@Audie Now I suppose you’ll whine about me liking your posts, but when I do that, it’s because I really do like them.

No, that isn’t what I think. I don’t know how to explain why, but I really did like those posts. Seriously, if it annoys you, I won’t rate your posts any more.

"Whine'? wtf?

You come in here with some nonsensical
complaint you concocted about people
whose existence you cant demonstrate,
"earnestly" seeing some input
on it, and then it fizzles out because you
actually have no examples, and nothing to
say.

I pointed that out in a reasonably nice way,
and your notion of a response, some sort
of acceptance that you never did have
anything worthwhile to say is to click
"like", and when I ask if maybe maybe
in all that load of crap you posted there
is some trace of content? I get back
something about a whine.

If you hear a "whine" from me, it will be
the sound of what the military calls
"incoming".

Mate, I fall on Audies side of the debate (not counting being annoyed by likes, although I know tempers get flared and dont judge her for it) but wish I had your restraint haha

@Audie, I don’t know what to do now except to just not respond to your posts at all. It doesn’t mean that I won’t be reading them.
