Free speech does come with responsibility. Free speech includes hate speech, or it cannot be called free though. The same is true of anything under duress. If you're loyal until someone says or does something, then nope not anymore, then you were never loyal in the first place. If speech is free until you say something that puts someone down, it wasn't free.

If you speak wrongly, the punishment should never be arrest (or censorship), but having to deal with consequences of your free speech with the person your criticized.

It's the George Bailey rule. As you remember from It's a Wonderful Life, George in one scene snaps and curses out a teacher. The teacher's husband beats him up. This is exactly how things should operate in a society of free speech.

You promote violence because the speaker cannot control their hate? Is that the christian thing to do?

Free speech comes with responsibility, the idea and the law in the uk is that free speech is not hate speech.

Yes we now you dont care what people think of your outrageous beliefs.

We have far too many rules and regulations in the UK as it is never mind the strong possibility that our right to complain about it will be removed as well.

It is good for the soul to moan about things occasionally.

Who are the ones that are going to decide what others can and cannot talk about?

BTW, my beliefs might be outrageous to some but they are not in the league as Islam.

Criticising an ideology is not the same as criticising a person. You might think someone is silly for following an ideology but you don’t need to say it to their face. That would be confrontational.

This has already been explained to you several time. I cannot overcome your willful ignorance, for you.

If you have a strong enough faith in your beliefs, nothing anyone says about those beliefs would be of any concern to you.

It is a bit like turning the other cheek.

Ivy League University to Offer Course on Trump’s ‘Xenophobic Nationalism’ ...

Obama give us two visions of America and of the world: xenophobic nationalism and pragmatic cosmopolitanism. America and the world are thus constituted by great diversity,” the course description reads.

Would you be happy if they offered a course on Islam, warts and all?

You, of course, are expressing opinions. Opinions that virtually no Christians share.

You do not understand the New Covenant nor the freedom of the Gospel.

Please explain your "New Covenant", which is espoused by the false prophet Paul, and is one of committing lawlessness (Romans 7:6:& 25), and one for which his followers, the tares, will be rewarded by being tossed in the "furnace of fire" (Matthew 13:39-42). No, I think in the day of "distress" (Jeremiah 16:19), the day of the LORD, the Gentiles/nations will confess, "our fathers have inherited nothing but falsehood". The "dragon" and his churches, are about to "fall" (Matthew 7:27), because they are built on not heeding the testimony of Yeshua, but by heeding the false prophets and their followers. If John had something good to say about Paul, he had plenty of ink to do so. On the other hand, he was forbidden to pull Paul out by the roots, until the "end of the age" (Matthew 13:27-30). No your "new covenant" is one of anarchy, and is anti law, and anti Christ, who was the "Word made flesh", the "Word" being the Law and the prophets. You are following the "big lie", first espoused by the serpent in Genesis 3:4. But apparently, your are comfortable living a lie. Of course, that is normal, for that is the same road traveled by the "many" (Matthew 7:13).

Then explain the gospel of Yeshua.

You might not want to teach that course. Apparently, Islam has little guys running around with hooked swords ready to kill any who disrespect Mohammad.

Some of them are not so little if you are referring to those that killed Lee Rigby on the streets of London.

You dont like the law move to a country where you do like the law.

Hey, i am not the one who voted get rid of human rights brexit. Kind of a sting you never thought about when you voted eh?

The people you elected are the ones who make the laws. Aint democracy weird?

In my view they are similar, the shia you complain about wants exactly the same oppression you want. Totalitarian regimes ruled over by your personal choice of dictator.

Actually is not future tense.... but it is about their immediate past and immediate future. The letter makes is perfectly clear who the letter is written to and when it will happen.

And exactly when did the "Word of God" "smite the nations" and "rule them with a rod of iron" (Revelation 19:13-15), and the "rest were killed with the sword which came from the mouth of him who sat upon the horse, and all the birds were filled with their flesh", with respect to those who worshipped the beast and his false prophet (Revelation 19:20-21). And by the way, who was that "false prophet" of Revelation 19:20?

Actually I was thinking about the Fatwa against the cartoonist. Actually he was not the only cartoonist in trouble. Rushdie's translator was also killed. These guys can't take a joke.

This triggered several attacks on the novel's translators and publishers, including the murder of Japanese translator Hitoshi...

Why not talk about he knife attacks in those same streets?

London, with its Muslim mayor, is like Parkland Florida. Let lawlessness prevail, and you get dead people piling up. And Sharia is not a substitute for a sheriff in town. I would say to ship the miscreants to Australia, but Australia already went that route, simply tries and send them to America.

And by the way, who was that "false prophet" of Revelation 19:20?

The false prophet was Titus.

Titus, the little horn, is also called the false prophet to the beast in Revelation 19:20: “But the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who had performed the miraculous signs on his behalf.”

Titus, the son of the beast, Emperor Vespasian, is the mouth of the beast of Revelation 13:5-6, the little horn of Daniel 7 and the false prophet of Revelation 19:20. Note the repetition ...

For historical testimony of how Titus LITERALLY spoke blasphemies against God and his dwelling place see Revelation 13.

The birds?

The symbol of Rome was the eagle, the Aquila. The eagle, the Aquila, was the main ensign of the Roman legions and would have been visible high above the heads of the soldiers at the top of long poles held by the Roman standard bearers. So when the Roman army arrived to besiege the cities of Israel during the Jewish War metal eagles would have been seen held up above and amidst the ranks of the various legions.

These eagles held high by their standard bearers are also “the birds flying in midair.” And like eagles viciously attacking their prey, Rome slaughtered their Israelite enemies. “The flesh of the kings, generals and mighty men, of horses and their riders, and the flesh of all people, free and slave, small and great” is the flesh of the apostate Jews that these eagles representing Rome consumed.

Revelations repeats itself with different symbolism for the same people or events. Its confusing, but that's the nature of poetic apocryphal language.
