The RLDS (formerly) and the Community of Christ (now) have always recognized the Book of Mormon as scripture. However, the RLDS/CoC has also had its own editions of the Book of Mormon, which differ in some ways from the LDS version. Grant McMurray, while President, didn't seem to believe that the Book of Mormon was factual, though, and many members of the CoC believe the Book of Mormon was written by Joseph Smith himself, and not translated from the writings of ancient Americans.

I haven't heard or seen anything about them believing Joseph Smith wrote the Book of Mormon instead of translating it . However, there official site also says:
"Recognizing that the perception of truth is always qualified by human nature and experience, there is no official church creed that must be accepted by all members. However, through the years various statements, such as those listed below, have been developed to present the generally accepted beliefs of the church. All people are encouraged to study the scriptures, to participate in the life and mission of the church, and to examine their own experiences as they grow in understanding and response to the gospel of Jesus Christ."

So I guess it would be possible to be a member of the Community of Christ and believe that Joseph Smith wrote the Book of Mormon instead of translating it.
It looks to me, like the Community of Christ is becoming closer to protestant churches.
