Not even a little white lie. Considering he wasn't legally elected in the first place? Considering all the hate-spew he gave out to anyone who dared call him on his lies and bigotry?
Considering how he treated disabled people? Considering how he considers NAZI-chanting nazis "some good people"?
He owes US a giant apology, and then needs to step down as pure evil.

I don't see why everyone is so upset with this outcome at baseline. I would think that the US not being compromised by Russia is a good thing.

All the people who bought into Russiagate are going to be very disappointed. Their hatred for Trump blinded them into thinking Russiagate was the ONLY way someone like him could have won the presidency. The people who bought into Russiagate fail to understand WHY people were willing to vote for someone like Trump in the first place, and also fail to see how dirty the DNC plays. Mainstream media, especially MSNBC, are going to massively move the goal posts on this.
The mainstream media and the DNC just handed Trump, the GOP, and all his supporters a wealth of ammunition to use during the 2020 election.

Well he was legally elected. Sadly we do not go by majority in our elections, but by the electoral college. Aside from that your post is spot on.

You appear to be ignoring the enormous mountain of dirt and illegal activity that the investigation dug up. Even though collusion with the Russians was not found there was still more than enough illegal activity found that will be continually brought up if he decides to run again.

No...I'm certainly aware of all the other illegal things that were found that Trump could be impeached for, like the emolument clause. But don't for a second try and pretend what the Russiagate conspiracy theory was all about; and that was Trump was a Russian agent who colluded with Putin to influence the 2016 election. THAT was the basket Russiagate hopefuls were putting all their eggs into to get him impeached and/or convicted. Were other illegal activity found? Yes. We are watching people from his campaign get convicted one at a time. But understand, Trump is going to 100% use this as a very effective weapon during the 2020 election. This is NOT going to hurt him at all. It's going to backfire.
My prediction: he would be best not to bring it up. There is still the matter of many in his staff who were found guilty. This, to me as a voter, signifies that he has no problem collaborating for individuals doing illegal things despite him not being found guilty himself. Or, at best, it shows he was incompetent in finding people who upheld a moral standard to their practices. Let the Democrats spin it if they want and respond, but I wouldn't see this as a positive to be used. He will use it, mind you, his ego won't let that slide.

The Russia belief always seemed a bit much for me and I never argued for it. Just like Republicans say stupid things about Trump's innocence many Democrats in Congress said stupid things about Trump and Russia. That may backfire a bit, but the harm dug up, such as the example you brought up, breaking campaign finance laws, and others, will greatly harm Trump. This is still a net positive for he Democrats.
Of course we will see. If the administration opposes a full disclosure to the Congress at least it will look terribly bad for Trump after declaring that the inquiry proved his innocence. Trump could still turn this into a Democrat victory by saying "The study proves my innocence but you can't see it"

Unfortunately, Trump and all his fans and supporters do not care about any of that. Trump cares about himself and himself only. Trump fans/supporters care about him and him only. Everyone else be damned. This is how it's been since he first went down that escalator. The Mueller report will strengthen his base and their obsession of him.

WE do not even know what is in the report yet. What if it does not help Trump with the exception of no collusion with Russia? If everything else that the report could have uncovered is still confirmed that would hurt him. I am betting that Trump will confirm my claim that it far from exonerates him by putting a seal on it.
The good news for those of us left of center is that the population you are talking about are a lost cause anyway. The outcome of the report, to them, is meaningless. If it came out and he was responsible, they would have stood by him anyway. The fact that the report is not as damaging as it seems isn't a win/loss for anything. The long and short of it is that many things remain exactly the same.

Understand...to Trump and his fans/supporters it doesn't matter what IS in that report, only what's NOT in that report. Anything else in that report will do nothing to harm him. If the Democrats were smart they would just shut up about the whole thing and not ask for it to be publicly released. Trump himself is saying it should be released! The mainstream media and the DNC just handed Trump a silver bullet. He now can go to his rallies and say things like "The fake news is out to get me. The Russiagate witchhunt was a bust and showed no collusion..." and for once he will be RIGHT. And his fans/supporters are going to eat it up and throw it in everyone's face.

Once again, it hardly matters. If the investigation proves other claims against him he is still in a world of hurt. Don't forget that Barr is a lackey of Trump's and anything he claims needs to be taken with a grain of salt. The no collusion comes from Mueller. To declare it proves him innocent of all charges has to be seen to be believed.

I agree that they are 100% a lost cause. We cannot reason with them. However, contrary to what you said, to them the outcome is meaningFUL. Because it showed no collusion. The reason why the mainstream media and Democrats put all their eggs in the Russiagate basket is because it would have been all the evidence needed to fully impeach, indict, and remove him from office. At that point his fans/supporters can stand by him all they want. At that point it would be irrelevant because he'd been removed from office. And it IS a win for Trump. He will crush any centrist democrat that runs against him now (Biden, Harris, O'Rourke), because they ALL bought into Russiagate. (for the record, only one democrat running for 2020 never fell into the Russiagate trap, and it wasn't Bernie)
