It’s actually pretty short.Mueller report released to the public?
I doubt there's that much black marker ink in stock.
I like catfish. Preferably fried.Agreed.
The fact that there are no more charges, IMV, means that it doesn't matter what is released. It was a fishing expedition and all they caught was catfish.
Preferably blackened pleaseI like catfish. Preferably fried.
From what I understand, the law requires the report to be provided if it's subpoenaed and wouldn't prevent it from being released if it was, and people with the power to subpoena it have said they intend to subpoena and release it.Do you believe the law requires the report to be released?
There are limits to Congress’ subpoena authority. They can not subpoena things covered by Executive Privilege, classified material, nor contrary to the Special Counsel legislation. Any part of the report they don’t have authority to subpoena would be redacted. They could sue in court, but that would be a long drawn out process and by no means can the results be predicted. From what I understand, the law requires the report to be provided if it's subpoenaed and wouldn't prevent it from being released if it was, and people with the power to subpoena it have said they intend to subpoena and release it.

No, it wouldn’t. Mueller would be under direction from the Executive Branch to not disclose anything covered by the things I mentioned. It would isn’t a matter of President Trump. It is a matter of precedent. Congress can not violate Executive Privilege via subpoena. They may be able to subpoena Mueller to testify. If Trump tries to claim "executive privilege" that could be quickly negated by such a subpoena.
Also I have not seen a case like this where there were not leaks. I would be more than willing to bet that if Trump tries to claim executive privilege that there will be leaks.
