Yes i can still be angry if i wanted to, i have not forgotten how, but i choose not to be angry, because i see it will not help anyone

I’m not sure if someone can choose to be angry. You’re either angry or you’re not. What someone can do is remember or cling onto unresolved trauma or desires that’ll never be fulfilled. Though I don’t see anger as bad in itself or not useful. It’s apart of you.
What is perhaps harmful is misguided anger, especially anger that may harm someone.

If someone can’t embrace their anger, I don’t see how they can accept it. If you can accept it then you can understand why, which is part of the healing process and releasing control. Then, people can still get angry, but it doesn’t control you. It seems odd that it should be avoided as if it’s alien. That’s just my take on it.

The anger is an attachments to the situation or thing that happend. As a buddhist i let go of all the attchments to human life. and to me there are no reason to get angry

Well, If this is the case, I’m happy for you. However, I think you can answer your own question from the OP since you have experienced anger yourself.

I have no interest in political games or war tht political and military want to put on us. I will still live the life i do now even if they wanted me dead of some reason. If you think about terror attacks that might happen i can not control them, Will i protect my fianceè yes i will, but not by killing or harm my fellow human beings. If they come to take the country i live in then i might need to move to an other country where there is no war, I was born in Norway and still live here, but that does not mean i can not move away if something happens. But most likly i would stay and help to help wounded people so they do not lose their life

Equanimity will make a evil man stop without you harming or acting violently upon them just by being passive to their hate.

That is no way to survive: one needs to use strategy to withstand persecution, especially if it is State-organised persecution like I have faced in the United Kingdom. I have come out on top by taking appropriate steps, not appeasing to evil. One needs to use more intelligence and less wisdom to deal with sworn enemies. The intelligence comes as dharma from Consciousness.

What about those who do not have "sworn enemies"? what about those who see human as humans and not other humans as a threat?

If you have no objectives to achieve something you will not make any enemies: if you have objectives you will always have enemies because what you say is disagreeable to their way of thinking about themselves and so you are a threat to their organisation or organised way of living. Religions are the biggest source of generating enemies. Who wants another person to be enlightened?

You felt harassed by me: you said so yourself.
At one point yes you harassed Buddhism, but i do not see you as my enemy all i wanted to do was to give you true answer what Buddhism actually is. because those things you said was not buddhism. But i have not hate toward you or dislike you as a person.

I feel threatened by anything said to me against my beliefs of how I live my life. I have no reason to apologise that I 'harassed Buddhism' as you put it.

No need to apologise for what you said, I have gone one and do not think of it anymore. It belong to the past and no longer important to me. if you felt treated by me that was not my intention

Religion does cause people to commit acts of violence.

I disagree. You can cherry pick how you seek the World based on your own prejudice. You can choose to hate how people think. I will choose a more positive view of humanity.

It turns out every major religion has some form of the golden rule:

Buddhism
Treat not others in ways that you yourself would find hurtful.
The Buddha, Udana-Varga 5.18

Christianity
In everything, do to others as you would have them do to you; for this is the law and the prophets.
Jesus, Matthew 7:12

Confucianism
One word which sums up the basis of all good conduct … loving-kindness.
Do not do to others what you do not want done to yourself.
Confucius Analects 15.23

Hinduism
This is the sum of duty: do not do to others what would cause pain if done to you.
Mahabharata 5:1517

Islam
Not one of you truly believes until you wish for others what you wish for yourself.
Book 001, Number 0072:
It is arrested on the authority of Anas b. Malik that the Prophet (may peace and blessings be upon him) observed: one amongst you believes (truly) till one likes for his brother or for his neighbour that which he loves for himself.

Jainism
One should treat all creatures in the world as one would like to be treated.
Mahavira, Sutrakritanga

Judaism
What is hateful to you, do not do to your neighbour. This is the whole

Torah; all the rest is commentary. Go and learn it.
Hillel, Talmud, Shabbath 31a

Native Spirituality
We are as much alive as we keep the earth alive.
Chief Dan George

Sikhism
I am a stranger to no one; and no one is a stranger to me. Indeed, I am a friend to all.
Guru Granth Sahib, p. 1299

Taoism
Regard your neighbour’s gain as your own gain and your neighbour’s loss as your own loss.
Lao Tzu, T’ai Shang Kan Ying P’ien, 213-218

Unitarianism
We affirm and promote respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part.
Unitarian principle

Zoroastrianism
Do not do unto others whatever is injurious to yourself.
Shayast-na-Shayast 13.29

Baha’i Faith
Lay not on any soul a load that you would not wish to be laid upon you,
and desire not for anyone the things you would not desire for yourself.
Baha’u’llah, Gleanings

I must rely on equanimity in order to maintain absolute pacifism which is what I need for omnipresent morality and pleasure.
