They would still be humans.

Intelligent design is different from creationism,
Only to the extent that for legal reasons those aligned with ID won't identify the designer as god, and its goals are more narrow, But both were created to combat a common enemy, the so-called fabricated lie of evolutionists: speciation. To do so both claim the true source of the variety of life on earth was a suprnatural being, which is called "god" in the creationist camp and an "Intelligent designer" in the ID camp. In reality they're the same thing; ID isn't fooling anyone. Particularly since the Kitzmiller v. Dover Area School District in 2005. uncovered their rebranding ploy.

... and let's not forget that an entire textbook (except for rather revealing typos) may be shifted from creationism to ID with just a "replace all."

I suggest you have a look at Neil Shubin's book "Your Inner Fish". It's a fun read and makes clear the point at issue.

Among other courses I took at U was a 400 level one
called Comparative Vertrbrate Anatomy.

I know the points a lot better than subzie does.

My God might interact with you too, if you had the faith to believe in Him as much as you have faith in man....

Are you sure? Even your theory starts with the first life evolving from non-life. Call it dust or mud, or whatever you choose to call the particles that make up dust......

We just don't go through a convoluted process of being single celled organisms to fish to man..... We admit Adam having sex with Eve was the start of all babies....

But then you don't understand what happened when part of Adam was taken to form Eve.... Half of Adams Chromosomes were used to create Eve. Which is why the "two shall become one flesh." So when man and woman have sex, those two chromosomes recombine and one flesh is born......

First your god had to prove it's real. I require more than faith to believe a god is real.
So you admit you were born, not created?
You do understand how a gene pool works?

Not all IDs disbelieve in evolution.

Not all IDs disbelieve in evolution.
That is true. The "ID" believers that post the River trial were merely phoning calling creationism ID. That was shown in the trial itself. It was one of the reasons that they lost. They were claiming that a religious belief was a scientific one. In other words they lied and were caught at it.

ID (generally) holds the view that an intelligent designer, caused the mechanism from which all originated.

ID can also hold the position that evolution (of all types) was guided by an intelligent agent.

Those who believe extraterrestrials manipulated or even seeded life on Earth aren’t exactly IDs though, unless they believe that an intelligent agent, was the prime mover.

That’s the extent of my knowledge on the diversity of ID.

ID, when it was first introduced, at least on an organized level, was only creationism in a cheap lab coat. Have you watched the PBS documentary on the Cover trial? It is worth watching. You will learn quite a bit about ID.

Not all IDs disbelieve in evolution.
None believe in speciation*, speciation being the contention of modern science.

*Speciation is the evolutionary process by which populations evolve to become distinct species.
