Thank you again. I think I should at least try to make it to 10K posts. You are almost there yourself!

I do miss the days of frubals and fubal comments. But, we must keep moving forward!

Frubals were before my time but i heard the word liked it and enter a thanks (when i can) for the "frubal" on the award givers profile page.

I am afraid i cant get to your profile page so :-

Thanks for the frubals on Not New ...

Hi All,

Some here may remember me. I'm glad to see a lot of familiar names and avatars. :)

I used to be kind of a regular poster but then I went back to work after being a stay at home mom for a number of years. I lurk here still but am usually on my phone, and I am terrible at writing out replies on my phone!

Anyway, I've now got one kid in college and the other half-way through high-school, so on a snowy afternoon I have a little more time than usual and thought I'd drop in and say hello.

So many people to say hello to - I won't even try because I know I will miss some. But, drop by this thread if you remember me and fill me in what's happening with you!!

Cheers,
luna

Heya!!! Nice to see a familiar face from back in the day.
Things are good this end, no major changes. Kids growing like weeds, etc.
You going to start posting from time to time??

Hi Frank, nice to meet you. Thank you for the warm welcome. "Go with the flow..." A good relaxing philosophy!

I'm Irish and sometimes the flow has an edgy stormy side, but there is always the calm after the storm.

Remember all in the shadows in the morn receive the compassion of the sun in the afternoon whether short nor tall.

Greetings and salutations. I suppose I'm a n00b having joined 10 years after you did. It would appear by your reception by our more tenured members that you are well liked. I look forward to making your acquaintance.

Thank you for the welcome, salixIncendium! Yes, I am OLD. Haha! You know what they say, you come for the debate, but you come BACK for the doughnuts.

I pretty much always read your posts when I come across them. I appreciate it that they are short and to the point, and always honest!
His honesty is like my impeccable hygiene....a sometime goal, fraught with backsliding.

Hey Luna. :)
Hi Quagmire!! Thank you for the greeting! I've missed your poetry. Hope all is well with you. The forums seems to be running smoothly and without drama. As a mother of teens now I certainly do not need more drama in my life. Actually, now that I think about it, the middle school years were much worse.

:)
