Gentleness and forcefullness seen pure and merciful by some and twisted by others in the Bible

I see in Psalm 18, probably the final Psalm written by David, he cries for help at death and destruction being upon him and his cry comes to God who reacts like Smaug the dragon in the Lord of the rings
smoke coming form his nose, earth shaking, sea parting, flying toward him riding on the wings of the cherub!!... but to rescue... and then David says 'thy gentleness has made me great' God seen gentle and faithful to him but seen twisted to the twisted and ends with a song to the nations quoted in the book of Romans

As Romans says: 'Behold the kindness and severity of God"

I also see things like 'the horn of my salvation' being a baby as quoted by Zechariah the priest in Luke. The horn of my salvation being from Psalm 18 where David recounts how God gave him strength and help and deliverance.... but a baby?

There are two aspects or conceptualizations of Brahman.

The manifest personal aspect, Saguna Brahman, is Brahman with qualities or attributes. The unmanifest impersonal aspect is Nirguna Brahman, Brahman without qualities or attributes.

Saguna Brahman is typically with form, commonly anthropomorphic; Nirguna Brahman is formless and commonly considered to be the higher of the two.

None. If the universe was created, which seems a reasonable assumption, I know of no evidence as to whether that was one creator — "God" — or a team. Nor do I seem any convincing evidence that She or They are particularly concerned with humans.

As for the Bible, monotheism came in long after David. He would have believed in El "God" but his patron god to call on in times of trouble was Yahweh. Naturally he would consider Yahwey to be gentle towards him but (hopefully!) fierce towards his enemies.
