If you read the excerpt in the article I posted you'll find she can. At least , she can rescind the invite to address Congress with the SotU.
The Constitution requires the SotU. But there is no mandate that it be public. Just presented to or before Congress.
However, due to concerns for transparency, to my knowledge all presidents have given the SotU publicly. Rather than in writing to Congress only.

What NP cannot do is preclude Trump from giving the SotU publicly in any venue he chooses if she refuses him entry into Congress.
If she does do that she'll prove she's worse than what the Leftist kool-aid distributors of false news and obstruction politics are to date.
What Nancy Pelosi is doing at this point is proving her party plans as majority in the House to govern through extortion.

Trust and believe Donald Trump will not let Pelosi control him.
He'll give the SotU.

One can seek any number of sources to sustain that argument. And in the process find a great number of sources that refute the claim that most American's don't want a wall.
Even left slant media outlets are reporting most American's in favor of the wall.

Their refusal to go forward now with what they were all for under Obama. A wall.

Me too. That way everyone will see who's actually guilty of shutting down the government for this long due to their hatred for Trump.
It isn't that the border wall is immoral to Pelosi and her pack of supporters on the hill. It is that Trump is in office and wants to actually build one that will effectively protect our southern border.

Pelosi, Schumer, and the rest think American's have a very short memory. That's why they don't think American's will recall Pelosi, Schumer, even Hillary and Barack, were for the border wall. And in fact top Democrats voted for the Scure Fence Act of 2006 H.R.6061 - 109th Congress (2005-2006): Secure Fence Act of 2006.

Agreed, but I think the reason they will not is largely the fault of Trump, who ought to know, probably does know though pretends he doesn't, that the very great majority of security threats to the nation aren't walking north across the US Mexico border, but insists on focusing on only that, for the simple reason that it galvanizes the most uninformed members of his base.
