From my understanding, the former are states of mind, while the latter is a perception of reality.

All are illusory.

In my understanding Heaven are without suffering and wrongdoings
Hell is only suffering and evil deeds all the time.

In the buddhist teachings Hell is closer to our realm in the physical world of humans then what heaven is.

  1. The world of heaven. This is the world of enjoyment, pleasure or pleasant things. The condition of heaven is impermanent, and this state of mind will also change.

  2. The world of humans. (Human beings) In the world of humans, sometimes we are happy, sometimes we are sad, sometimes we are laughing, sometimes we are crying.

  3. The world of asuras. This is the world of fighting, or strife. The realm or state of mind of fighting.

  4. The world of hungry spirits. This is the realm of dissatisfaction, not being content. The state of having endless unsatisfied desires, or greed. Figuratively speaking, always being hungry.

  5. The world of animals. It is the realm lacking reason. The state without reason. Without reason, mistakes are made, causing hardships or suffering to self, and at times others. Without reason, being dominated by one's desires.

  6. The world of hell. Hell refers to the realm of suffering. The state of suffering and pain, which through cause and condition people will enter.
In my understanding all this realm co exist in same area but different realm

In my understanding both heaven and hell can exist in our human realm, meaning that it has to do with "state of mind" suffering in hell can be seen as greed, anger, hate and so on, but heaven are when we no longer are attached to the anger, jealosy greed and so on.

and in heavenly realm we no longer a phyical body,

This is my understanding so other maybe disagree with my understanding :)

It depends on who it is that is doing the observing.

Two birds, beautiful of wings, close companions, cling to one common tree: of the two one eats the sweet fruit of that tree; the other eats not but watches his companion. The self is the bird that sits immersed on the common tree; but because he is not lord he is bewildered and has sorrow. But when he sees that other who is the Lord and the beloved, he knows that all is His greatness and his sorrow passes away from him. When, a seer, he sees the Golden-hued, the maker, the Lord, the Spirit who is the source of Brahman, then he becomes the knower and shakes from his wings sin and virtue; pure of all stains he reaches the supreme identity.

the consciousness observing self-consciousness? the observer observing itself? introspection?

what then is non-physical? lack of form, lack of force, lack of spirit, lack of movement?

no longer a terrestrial body? no longer active? impotent?

put on your shades, i'll be dancing in the fire tonight.

I can not explain it is a good enough way because i have not yet realized it fully, but i would call it energy, but it is living and can think, observe and do action.

then isn't that physical? something moving doesn't have a fixed form. the form counts for nothing the action is everything?

I see heaven as nearness to God and hell as remoteness from God. Thus they are a spiritual state of being, that continues after we pass from this world.

Ah, The Parable of Two Birds from the Mundaka Upanishad.

Less an introspection than a realization of one's true self.

Swami Vivekananda's thoughts on the subject are quite beautiful, and beautifully portrayed in this short video.
