The Ruler of the World

I've been quite dismayed with Trump as US President, and suddenly realized that he is simply someone's lap dog. The UK doesn't really have a leader, and neither does France, or Germany. I doubt that Russia really has the resources, and think that China believes that trading is more profitable than war.

According to the Bible, who will this leader be? Will the UN provide that leader?

Someone once told me that everyone has the potential, few dare to realize it.

Daniel 2:44 tells how Jehovah will crush all of the kingdoms and replace them with his own, and his kingdom will not be given to anyone else to rule. Before that happens mankind give their kingdom to the wild beast. Revelation 13:2 declares Satan as having given the beast authority. (Luke 4:5-6)

The seven kingdoms, 5 that existed before John's day are Egypt, Assyria, Babylon, Medo-Persia and Greece . The one during John's time was Rome, and the final one Anglo-American or UK / USA. (Revelation 17:9-10)

The League of Nations / United Nations is referred to in the Bible as the wild beast with 7 heads and 10 horns. (Revelation 17:3) It's the 8th king. It destroys Babylon the great, the harlot that has guided those kingdoms. False religion. (Revelation 17:3-5 Revelation 17:15)

The bronze and iron ages are over.

Rome was not a kingdom for at least half a millenium before John was even born.

Where does the bible mention the UN? And Babylon has not existed since the 6th century BC

The bronze and iron ages are over.

Your point?

Rome was not a kingdom for at least half a millenium before John was even born.

And when, in your estimation, based upon what, was John born?

Where does the bible mention the UN?

It doesn't. I said refers to.

And Babylon has not existed since the 6th century BC

Babylon the Great isn't Babylon the kingdom.

Babylon the Great isn't Babylon the kingdom.

The point is, ancient times are not now

According to the bible he was a contemporary of JC.

What referral? Or is it just something you made up?

Ahh the hypothetical Babylon that doesn't exist... I understand now.

The UK doesn't really have a leader? According to my read on the Bible, Lucifer is the god leading this world now behind the scenes and by proxy using the composite beast of Revelation 13. I think the UK is on the cutting edge, pushing the envelope. He is giving it his power and his throne and his great authority. He has not yet been openly revealed. But i can hear the composite beast open it's mouth to blaspheme God and His dwelling place and those who live in heaven, saying unheard of things against the God of gods.

The composite beast began it's rise in earnest in 2015 when the USA became the 21st nation to make legal the same sex marriage. Just like in the days of Lot. That was THE biggie indicator, which stood in a place where it ought not to be, exactly 1290 days before a "darkened" sun.

And while it's just one of the indicators that i can see, it's one that would be impossible to fake, even by a Dragon empowered composite beast.

Sorry for the abrupt take on it.

Thanks for the update, but I don't understand the relevance to this particular discussion.

You might want to take a refresher course on ancient history. JC was born during the rule of Augustis, Tiberius ruled during his ministry. Then Gaius, Claudius, Nero, Galba, Otho and Vitellius, Vespasian, Titus, and Domitian, who ruled when John was exiled.

I don't make stuff up about the Bible.

Ancient Babylon is where most of apostate Christendom's teachings come from. The trinity, immortal soul, hell, even Easter celebrations. They also brought about the downfall of God's earthly representation of Kings. So, Nebuchadnezzar was called Lucifer, or morning / day star, in that in that destruction ushered in a period of time where the kings of Zion were dethroned, replaced by the gentile kingdoms. Zedekiah being the last. So Babylon the Great of our time is a sort of new Babylon. Though not a kingdom she has control over kingdoms.

Ancient Babylon Isaiah 13:1-9 / Babylon the Great Revelation 14:8 / Revelation 18:1-2 / 1 Peter 4:17

You mean you dont want to, fair enough.

None of them were kings but emperors. Superbus was the last king, he died 495 bc. Augustus was the first emperor of rome beginning his reign (end the empire) in 27bc. Between the kingdom and the empire was the republic, you seem to have forgotten about that 500ish years. What was that about refresher course?

You opinion is noted, perhaps you should tell Lizzie 2 she is not queen of her kingdom.

Babylon fell over 500 years before christ, christendom sometime after that. Do you have a fixed period time machine? You seem to be missing about 500 years of history

BTW, Easter is purloined from the north european celebration of spring and the goddess Eostre.

Go back and read it again, sweetie, it'll be alright.
