Where is Satan?

Seeing you gave nothing to explain your reasoning where Satan is.
Where do you think Satan is.

Now let's see if your answer will line up to what Christ Jesus said where Satan is and see if your answer will line up to where Christ Jesus said in the book of Revelation where Satan is.
If you were to ask me, then I would refer you to read what Christ Jesus said where Satan is.

Satan is connected to the tree of knowledge of good and evil, which is symbolic of law. Law helps us differentiate good and evil behavior. Like a tree, law increases in number and complexity over time like the branches of a growing tree. For example, laws against stealing have branched out from various physical goods to intellectual property.

When the brain writes to memory, emotional tags are added to the sensory content. Our strongest memories have the strongest emotional associations due to this tagging process. This is useful to the animal. When similar situations arise and memory is triggered, the animal can act on the feeling without having to think. For example, if they see a similar food object and it was good, before, they will feel a good feeling and eat.

In terms of the memory writing process of the brain, law is a unique type of artificial memory, in that it contains two conflicting emotional tags at the same time. The good side of law has emotional tagging of peace and rest; good citizen. While the evil side of the law has emotional tagging of fear, pain and punishment. The result is law will create conflicting emotions, which is not natural for the animal brain. It would be like the animal seeing a food and then feeling conflicting emotions like very tasty and very sickening at the same time. He is not sure whether he should eat or he should avoid, wasting time and energy.

The brain resolves this unnatural situation of conflicting emotions, induced law memories, by dividing law memories into two separate memory storage areas of the brain, even though both areas remain connected since law is one thing to humans. The analogy is a like a coin. It is one thing with two sides, but we can only see one side at a time. The result is unconscious potential appears due to the dark side of law, consolidating into firmware dynamics that is called Satan. This firmware modification is both an individual and collective condition of the human brain; original sin, which is needed but unnatural.

The ancient people did not have the science tools needed to know how the brain writes to memory and adds emotional tagging. However, through self and collective observation they could see the unconscious dynamics at work, in terms of human behavior that was spontaneously induced by something that was not fully conscious; unconscious impulses. Sin taken opportunity through the commandment produces sin of every kind; unconscious synthesis due to the unconscious potential induced.

In the old Testament through the life and death of Jesus, Satan was still in heaven. Satan was a councilor to God in the old Testament. Satan is not thrown from heaven until Revelations, which was written after the life of Jesus. Satan as councilor of God is symbolic of the the Satan firmware original near natural parts of the brain deep in the collective unconscious mind. When Jesus goes to heaven and Satan is thrown from heaven there was an inversion in the brain, in terms of the firmware, Satan, connected to law. The coin was flipped over, with the good side of law now written in the unconscious mind. The dark side of law became more conscious and subject to willpower.

As a modern example of this inversion of the Satan firmware and it becoming closer to the conscious mind and the good side of the law more unconscious, consider identity politics and the quota system. It is based on punishing the present for the past, based on group identity, even though individuals of the present were not around in the past. While those who receive benefits in the present did not suffer anything in the past. This goal may "feel" proper due to the law inversion, placing the good side in the unconscious mind. It can be heart felt. However, it creates real time injustices since it creates new victims. This confusion is due to Satan more connected to conscious willpower and control via political and legal games.

Religion deals with the operating system of the human brain. It uses symbolism since this is the natural language of the unconscious mind. Symbolism is how you send command lines and tweak the operating system. The ego is like a terminal with limited access to the operating system.

Satan is not hardware, per se, but is more like software. Hardware is confined to the laws of physics. Software, on the other hand, it is not confined to the laws of physics that apply to hardware and matter. Like in game engines, the software can allow for infinite lives or its allow one to defy gravity. Software can define its own limits or lack of limits.

How do you know God supported "witch hunts" "inquisitions" "Crusades" and "moral panics"?
Neither make believe gods nor make believe devils supported "witch hunts" "inquisitions" "Crusades" and "moral panics".

People who believe in make believe gods and make believe devils supported "witch hunts" "inquisitions" "Crusades" and "moral panics".

Ohhhh.... most of the nut-cases are on this thread !
Next it's going to be Angele's revenge for sinfulness !
Satan is right in ours minds, playing with our evilness.
Follow Jesus' lead, do good to others, as to yourself.
Your own mind does what it is, and will do to others.
As I've already said, there is no satan, it's your mind !

Where is satan? Where do you believe, satan, is? And this is literal, this isn't metaphor. The question is either, satan is real, somewhere, or, doesn't exist.

THE QUESTION ISN'T ABOUT METAPHOR.

From the Dharmic perspective, desire in the form of cravings and aversions is the devil within oneself. All evils and crimes stems from it.

Well you can deny reality but you can't deny the consequences of denying reality. The inexplicable madness and evil in the world is mostly because of satan and his demons.

Do you don't actually believe that Satan is actually here on Earth?

Alot of people are being taught this, But it's not what man's teachings will say, where Satan is.
But what does the teachings of Christ Jesus tell where Satan is.

I find it amazing that how people will lean on man's teachings and over look the teachings of Christ Jesus.
But yet these people will say, Lord,Lord.

And find Jesus saying to these people.
"And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?" Luke 6:46
I'm not sure what you're saying but I go off the Bible to tell me where Satan is. According to the Bible such as the book of Job; we find satan goes to and fro in the earth and that sometimes he appears in heaven to accuse people like he accused Job.

Now that's Amazing, it took you to say all of that. When it would have been simple just to answer the simple question,
( Where is Satan at)
It's evidence by what Christ Jesus has said. Satan has not been cast of heaven yet.
That even in the book of Revelation there is evidence that Satan has not been cast out of heaven yet.

Yeah, so Satan goes to and fro in the earth, that does noy constitute Satan as being cast out of heaven, seeing Satan also has access to Haven also. In the book of Job.

So Satan is not completely cast out of heaven as of yet.

Since the setting for Revelation 1:10 is set for out day or time frame then I find at Revelation 12:7-9 that war in Heaven is in the ' past ' tense ' .... and there ' was ' war in Heaven....
Revelation 12:12 answers that there is now ' woe to Earth ' because the devil has come down to Earth.
So, Satan and his demons are in the vicinity of Earth. Satan is like a puppeteer pulling the behind the scenes strings.

I think when Genesis 3:14 says of Satan.... and dust you will eat..... means Satan will ' bite the dust ', so to speak.
So, it is no wonder then that Jesus will destroy dust-eating Satan according to Hebrews 2:14 B.

...and finally Satan is permanently evicted from Heaven as I find at Revelation 12:7-9; Revelation 12:12.
Then, Satan is to be crushed forever - Revelation 20:1-3,10,15.
Satan ends up in that symbolic lake of fire which is ' second death ' as per Revelation 21:8.
Second death as in meaning Jesus will destroy Satan as per Hebrews 2:14 B.
ALL the wicked will be ' destroyed forever ' as per Psalms 92:7.

Seems odd to me that since most people want ' peace ' and since most people want peace, then there should be more peace in the world. I don't think the majority of people want witch hunts, inquisitions, crusades, world wars.......

Revelation 1:10 is not pass tense, But future tense from our time, which is the second coming of Christ Jesus which will happen in the near future from us.

Revelation 1:10, John in the speaking, saying he was in the spirit on the Lord's day.
This has nothing to do with Sunday or what people call the Lord's day.
The day of the Lord is that day of Christ Jesus second coming to earth, which is still future tense from our time.
John is standing on that day to see what is happening on Earth just before the day that Christ Jesus returns.

As for Revelation 12:12 This all takes place just before the day that Christ Jesus returns to earth in his second coming to earth.

Quoting from the Christian bible, especially stating that Jesus said this and said that really doesn't help explain anything since there is not one iota of evidence that Jesus said anything or even existed for that matter.

That said this is my understanding of this "Old Enemy" as the literary scholar Neil Forsyth coined.

Satan has always existed, only under other names and guises, Satan is a powerful and primordial archetype of man's psyche. This archetype is the reflection of how we perceive ourselves in relation to what we call the "others". Satan is a social and cultural phenomenon as old as the mind of humanity itself. There has always and will always, be essentially two worldviews consisting of oppositions and they are "Us & Them" or "Me" and "the rest of you" . . . etc.

Sumerian and Akkadian tablets concur this worldview from the earliest known writings, the ancient Egyptian word for an Egyptian meant "human", which excluded all who were not Egyptian to be relegated to 'non-human', the Greek word for non-Greeks was "barbaroi" (barbarians). The Jewish Essenes called anyone not an Essene "ha satan" (the adversary), Zoroastrianism set forth the dualistic "good" (what we believe in) and "evil" (what they believe in).

"A society does not simply discover its others, it fabricates them, by selecting, isolating, and emphasizing as aspect of another people's life, and making it symbolize their difference" - William Scott Green (Professor of the history of religion - ancient Judaism, biblical studies, and the theory of religion).

So, who/what is this Satan? He simply is who you are not!
