Libertarians favour government lie detectors?

What happened to Rand Paul? When did libertarianism imclude government oversight of thought and opinion?

I wouldn't consider anyone allied with the GOP an actual libertarian.
It's a marriage of convenience, enemy of an enemy and all that. I expect real libertarians wouldn't want government meddling in any aspect of our lives.

Nor would they vote for those who oppose gay marriage, reproductive choice, legalization of cannabis, etc.

In a Libertarian world, how much does each person have to pay to have the lie detector performed on them? $1000?

Rand Paul is bought and paid for by the 'Libertarian" Koch brothers. You know, the people that essentially run the republican party.

.

Are there such people in existence?
We have our spectrum, ranging from the pragmatic to the fire breathing anarchists.
If one believes that government is necessary, & that sensitive functions require
security vetting, then lie detectors would be a useful part of such a system.
But to extend it to the general population....that would see much resistance.
