I'm going to try to answer your question to the best of my abilities let me know if it is not satisfactory.

God created everything perfect, everything God makes is perfect, but when Satan sined he tempted Adam and Eve in the garden then they sined and all of his posterity has sunk into a depravity an infinite misery and woe. sin is the ruin and misery of the Soul, the heart is a cesspool of sin or a sewage of sin or a sink of sin.
We can't blame a perfect God for this we have to blame our own wickedness.
Matthew 15:19 "For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:"

If everything was created by god, then created Satan, right? Is Satan perfect?

It's My Birthday!
Thank you very much for the question, At Creation Satan did not exist, but a beautiful angel did whose name was Lucifer, Lucifer became lifted up with pride and was kicked out of heaven and from his lofty position. He now goes about as a "roaring lion seeking whom he may devour"
Isaiah 14:12-15 "How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!
For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.
Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit."

The egregiousness of Lucifer sin will be counterbalanced with Vengeance proportionable to all to his crimes at judgment.

This thread is designated for and closely related to some specific versions of interpretations of abrahamic god whose name is God.

If I were omniscient, omnipotent and omnibenevolent, then I would not need to answer that question, because there would be no extant sufferance to talk about.

But I am omniscient, omnipotent and omibenevolent, which entails that what you see as evil is not evil really.

And because of that, I do not need to answer that question, for this is the best of all possible worlds. Believe me. If it seems not so good, it is just an illusion. Trust me. I have sufficient reasons to let happen what you might naively see as bad in order to reach the optimum at the end of times. Children with cancer, tsunamis, wars, etc. are just the mysterious ways I use to get you guys to reach the optimum. So, please trust my wisdom and do not get so sad when a three months kid dies of bone cancer, for this is for the common good really.

So, no matter if you pick a gun and kill the first kid you see, this will still the best of all possible wolds. For I cannot create anything else short of that, because of my perfection.

Who causes suffering? People do. Change people and leave God out of this.

Two ways to stop the suffering in the world are to teach humans not to create suffering by sinning -which requires experience -and also teach them to manage their environment -which also requires experience, but also increased power over environment and alignment with the government of the universe.

To eradicate suffering for eternity, we experience it now in a controlled setting -for a limited amount of time -as we learn to "master it".

God could end all suffering, but we need to learn to do so -as he said "ye are gods" and "children of the most high".

The entire creation is to be liberated from the bondage to decay by the children of God -who will all be given a "glorious body" of similar working to that body which allows Christ (who, as the Word, created all things) to subdue all things unto himself.

In other words, when we learn to prevent spiritual suffering, we will be given invulnerable and extremely powerful bodies -with power over the ordering of the cosmic events of the universe -"the heavens" which were "formed to be inhabited" -and will create without conflict throughout the universe.

All of this will be under the administration of the government of God.
(Where there is personal responsibility, the necessity for government is minimal.
His yoke is easy -his burden is light.)

Temporary suffering -and the end of suffering -were both declared from the beginning. As written.... God will make all things new -will wipe away all tears -and the former things will not be remembered or be called to mind.

No one here is omniscient.... So, your question is misplaced. No one knows what they would do.

I did fantasize being omniscient++ AND realized in that moment that I would not change the world a bit
The world seems quite amazing to me, no need for changes IMO. After all God is said to be omniscient++
