I voter for 'Other Answer'. We are winning so far!

I see reality as it is as a great play/drama of the omniscient/omnibenevolent. In any great play there is a beginning, seeming conflict/suffering/peace/joy in the middle, and a happy ending. The suffering in the world is part of the middle act and has its purpose in creating the happy ending. (I am a believer in reincarnation, we are one with All/God, and eventual liberation for all).

I was holding out to answer the question until it was asked a fourth time in this thread. But since you apparently aren't going to ask again...

Wouldn't one who is 'omnibenevolent' automatically be obligated by definition to help end world suffering?

omni-benevolence is quite subjective. I could see suffering as a learning tool for humans to progress.

First let's define exactly what omnipotent, omniscient and omnibenevolent mean. As a sort of guide I think we can use the secular term omnivorous. What does omnivorous mean and then keeping that in mind, what do the other omni's considered here imply exactly?

Secondly, God isn't a name, it's a title, like King, Lord, Prince.

This line of questioning is front loaded against the existence of God.

All the options you offer reflect a anthropomorphic being that is neither omnipotent, omnipresent, nor omnibenevolent. The options reflects hands on being(s) that 'tries' to do things from the human perspective.

If God is God none of the above apply. The nature of our physical existence 'as it is' is a reflection of the physical natural journey, and the compassion and omnibevolence of God is for the spiritual nature and evolution of the human spiritual journey, and not our physical journey.

You don't "end" suffering, and then its just All Mighty vs. Invincibility round 3. Suffering must exist for retribution... as a angelic demon. To end suffering is to create suffering. The best way to deal with the angelic demon of invincibility would be to trap him in a prism of light.

This based on a mythological view of suffering and Genesis. Suffering by the evidence has always been a part of our physical existence and will not end with some magic nor miracle based on mythology.

Not necessity, a loving parent could allow some suffering in his children for the sake of a grater good (the child might not understand it)

If a father does not let his daughter go to a party where there will be alcohol, she might suffer, because she really wanted to go to the party, she might not understand why his father is allowing that suffering. But the father allowed suffering for a grater good.

Being all loving doesn't imply an obligation to remove suffering.

Being omnipotent "reality" would have no meaning. Reality would be whatever you willed it to be. You could create whatever reality you wanted, destroy it. Create and new different reality. It be as if the previous reality never existed. You create man out of clay, they live, they die, their existence has no real value because you can recreate them whenever you wish.

For an omnipotent being mankind is just a toy to entertain oneself with that once you get tired of you put away and create some new toy to entertain yourself with.

No. I will do that only for those people who worship me and send the rest to eternal hell. Remember, I am very jealous. ;)

"I am Yahweh your God, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. You shall have no other gods before me. You shall not make for yourselves an idol, nor any image of anything that is in the heavens above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: you shall not bow yourself down to them, nor serve them, for I, Yahweh your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children, on the third and on the fourth generation of those who hate me, and showing loving kindness to thousands of those who love me and keep my commandments." - Exodus 20:2-6 (WEB)

"Indeed, Allah does not forgive association with Him, but He forgives what is less than that for whom He wills. And he who associates others with Allah has certainly fabricated a tremendous sin." (Quran 4:48)

Evil will not be ended until after the great white throne judgment, at that time all evil will be quarantined. And cast into the burning Lake. Through a majestic display of wrath God will end all evil. I hope this somewhat answers the question in a satisfactory way. Revelation 21:8 "But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death."

The obvious question is why would I have baked misery and suffering into my creation from the get-go?

I'm going to try to answer your question to the best of my abilities let me know if it is not satisfactory.

God created everything perfect, everything God makes is perfect, but when Satan sined he tempted Adam and Eve in the garden then they sined and all of his posterity has sunk into a depravity an infinite misery and woe. sin is the ruin and misery of the Soul, the heart is a cesspool of sin or a sewage of sin or a sink of sin.
We can't blame a perfect God for this we have to blame our own wickedness.
Matthew 15:19 "For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:"
