Can anyone identify this Guru?

Namaste, looking for a bit of help from Hindus. Can anyone help me identify the name of the Guru shown in the picture I am sharing below?

I am not interested in the sense of wanting to follow this Guru, but there is someone who apparently does that I care about and I have no idea who this is. I have been trying to identify this Guru for days with no luck.

So if someone knows the name of this Guru, including any background of the person good, bad or otherwise, it would be GREATLY APRECIATED. I have seen his face before but I can't put my finger on it, whether it was in the news, TV, poster, not sure.

By his clothes (florescent orange polyester silk), posture (feet in a pan with flowers) and actions (blessing a young girl), he seems to be one of the many fake gurus found in every city in India, not associated with any recognized religious order - a self-styled god-man.

No. That is Sri Guru Angad Dev ji Sahib (1504 - 1552), the second of the ten human gurus of the Sikhs (the final being their book).

You may be correct Aupmanyav. I hope I can identify who this is exactly, I am a bit worried, for some reason, though I might be confused, I think I saw this same Guru in a photo involving a sex scandal involving touting girls to attract followers... but again I am not sure. Thank you all for the help so far.
