Thank you everyone for your tinkerings. i have felt the presence of god in the engagement.

that must be how the light gets in? two minds grappling like wrestlers and was the win more important than the draw of the game?

7 Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.

8 Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle.

9 Lift up your heads, O ye gates; even lift them up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.

Revelation 3:20
20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

indeed....

who was it that wrestled with God?
got his hip thrown out of joint
OUCH!

interesting

out of joint, traumatic things, seem to leave us in a state of dislocation. don't they? as if all the world has been changed in the twinkling of an eye.

i see something and i don't know exactly how to relate to it, let alone relate it to another. i've had this experience and initially i don't know how to process/assimilate it. let alone navigate through life with this change. but slowly it comes, or goes, step by step, precept upon precept, line up on line.

somethings lost but somethings gained.

....

also could be how the light(within us ) gets out...

I became 'best friends' with a person who I had a fight with on meeting. We drew each others blood, which initiated a life-long friendship.
