become earthly beings? like adam and eve were once in paradise with god and then suddenly became outcasts?

The fallen angels were driven out of heaven by the son of God,and the angels allied with him, down to earth, even to the abyss, but before that some even became men to marry women, contrary to the will of God, and were bound in chains.

It seems that they were not immediately cast out of heaven, because even in their fallen state they were made agents of God (cf. the book of Job where Satan goes to and fro). In that sense it is like high rulers, which God allows to serve his purposes before they are cast down.

When Christ came, he said he saw Satan fall like lightening from heaven.

No, these "fallen angels" were actually orcs, the spawn of Cain.
"Þanon untydras ealle onwocon,/eotenas ond ylfe, ond orcneas", -- Beowulf ll. 111–112.

From Cain came down all kinds misbegotten
- ogres and elves and evil shades -
as also the Giants, who joined in long
wars with God.

Could be that also. However the descendants of Cain actually evolved into the Sumerians, Babylonians etc. I am not sure that Cain could be described as a son of God cf. Gen 6:2, but he might be derivately from Adam. However I think Cain would be mentioned explicitly rather than sons of God if it were so.

Jude 6: And the angels who did not keep their positions of authority but abandoned their proper dwelling—these he has kept in darkness, bound with everlasting chains for judgment on the great Day.

but isn't everything that arises eventually cast down, lead to it's destruction? only that which is uncreated/unformed can't be destroyed?

I AM alpha and omega? I AM the beginning and the end? the created and the destroyed?
