like the scientist, does the mind see self as that self that it studies, considers, contemplates? to catch a thief, one must think like a thief?
so the mind like a bore, bores it's way into another form? another process? and in the same respect the object of study worms its way into self?
has the subject become the object of it's attention, or has the object become the subject of it's attention? who/what has a hold on what/who?
