Surely there is something you can contribute. I use my own bouts of depression and suicidal thoughts as a galvanizing force to create something. And in the process I work through my own sadness. I don't know if you are artistically inclined, but more often than not great work comes from a source of pain rather than joy.

I don't claim to know what kind of personality Sustainer has, but from my own experience I think it is beneficial to suggest to a person what can be done not the consequences of the future action. If you do this, this will happen and it's really bad! Ok, cool, how does that help? Oh, it doesn't.

As someone who feels the pain of a nation beset by evil people trying to kill children or put them in cages, shoot people for not standing during a forced loyalty display, etc, I want to end it too. However, I have to be alive to give hugs to other people who are suffering. Even if it's giving a dollar to someone on gofundme or smiling at some homeless person ... be the light they don't have either. I don't know if this nation will be around in a decade, but we should help those most hurt by Lord Palpatine's command.
