Only one. There is only one true Christian and He died on the cross.

Everyone else is just a fan of Christianity.

Is there one birth and death in christianity? or two?

Bible tells this:

Death and Hades gave up the dead who were in them. They were judged, each one according to his works. Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire. If anyone was not found written in the book of life, he was cast into the lake of fire.
Revelation 20:12-15

And I have understood that this “life” is the first death.

Who are "Death" and "Hades" with regards to Christianity. Isn't that Greek mythology? Weird.

I wouldn’t say who, I would say what and I have understood that death is this life and hades is the place where some people go after this, before hell, grave.

Greek mythology has also word hades. I think the description in the Bible is different and therefore it is not same. However, it wouldn’t be miracle, Greek was probably influenced by Jews.
