I was a few years ago. I'm going back I already paid for weight watchers. Its on sale 29.94 a month for the first 3 months.

I am still down about 255 pounds. I lost down to 245 when I came home from the hospital 5 months ago.I have not gone down any gained a little of it back because I tend to binged 1 or 2 days a week then diet and sometimes 3 days a week binge but not more then that. So I lose and gain and end up maintaining.

I need to be able to lose the weight and also my binge eating is really unhealthy I was really sick this week made myself sick with food. I need to stop the binges. SO even though I still have about 85 pounds of weight loss I am going back to weight watchers. I need some structure and I need to be on a meal plan,

I was going to go to Over Eaters annonymous but I am tired of them hating on other programs. They claim you can be in any fitness group and go to WW if you want and they also claim you dont have to do a strict zero carb diet.

But everytime I hear someone speak speaker meeting they end up shi(ting on WW or on another program or talking about how evil fitness centers and running is or they tell you about how strict your low carbs have to be or you wont stay in the program. I'm sick of it.

On the other hand I do need to be accountable and on a food plan thats why I joined WW>

I can think of 0 people that have gone from fat to fit using weight watchers. It's just another scam. There is no easy way, you need to get off your but, get sweating, and put down the fork if you really want results.
