If you purge the colors, you see black. You have to add up all the colors to get the white.

This tells us the greatest of Spiritual Truths;

The Sun as metaphor for God is the Pure Light seen as white.Black is the darkest color, the result of the absence or complete absorption of visible light.

light contains all Colors, all the wave lengths, thus God is all the names given by the Messengers.

We have a Hidden Word to meditate upon on this subject

"O CHILDREN OF VAINGLORY! For a fleeting sovereignty ye have abandoned My imperishable dominion, and have adorned yourselves with the gay livery of the world and made of it your boast. By My beauty! All will I gather beneath the one-colored covering of the dust and efface all these diverse colors save them that choose My own, and that is purging from every color.

To me this is that when we see that we have One God, that Light from the sun is the source of all life on this earth, then we have been purged from the colours, that are the distractions of this material world.

We then live this life in our Diversity as the flowers of one Garden, doing good to each other in the knowledge of the bounty of the sun, the light that sustains us.

Gives us a level of humility to know those that worship the sun in the past, had a very strong foundation in Faith ;)

yes but the two witness have fire coming out of their mouth too and other inferences.
Great point, yet different characters being referenced...

Those speaking for God have fire out of the mouth, in terms of the word of God being spoken; what is explained in Revelation 9 is a demonized hoard from Hell, where they're mechanized in someway, as it describes them sounding like rushing waters, that to me is what a hoard of tanks sounds like.

We have to take into account the 5th and 6th trumpet, and bowl in Revelation 16:10-16 is the final battle of Armageddon between mankind.

In my opinion. :innocent:

Baha'u'llah is the only path to God in this age. Baha'u'llah has said no other Message will be given from God for a full 1000 years.

You may have to consider what is the source you are drawing from, if what you are seeing does not tie into what Baha'u'llah has offered.

Stay well and happy, regards Tony

revelation is a considered a gnostic gospel.

it follows a scheme. even the number of chapters is an auspicious number.

666 and 1000 are gematria numbers from the kabala

When a book proves a Truth, not inline with what was a mainstream Christian belief in days past or of these days, then I suppose they will throw it out as being irrelevant.

The Church has done this throughout history, they even killed people as heretics when they told of a different Truth.

They did that with Arabic Bibles that had the 'Glory of God' translated to 'Baha'u'llah' in them.

truth is singular. its version are mistruths. like the 10 blind men and the elephant parable in jainism. each is a snapshot but as a whole, the ten, give a better picture of the truth vs any individual pov. a person's, a religion's, pov is limited, the truth isn't limited to a person, a religion.

gnosticism is not unique to christianity.

Baha'u'llah has given this as a Key Belief, that Truth is One;

The Bab, who prepared the way for Baha'u'llah is the 'Primal Point'. The Primal Point, through Whom the point of creation hath been made to revolve in both the visible and invisible worlds

"Know thou assuredly that the essence of all the Prophets of God is one and the same. Their unity is absolute. God, the Creator, saith: There is no distinction whatsoever among the Bearers of My Message." – Baha’u’llah, Gleanings from the Writings of Baha’u’llah, p. 78.

"Furthermore, it is evident to thee that the Bearers of the trust of God are made manifest unto the peoples of the earth as the Exponents of a new Cause and the Bearers of a new Message. Inasmuch as these Birds of the Celestial Throne are all sent down from the heaven of the Will of God, and as they all arise to proclaim His irresistible Faith, they therefore are regarded as one soul and the same person. For they all drink from the one Cup of the love of God, and all partake of the fruit of the same Tree of Oneness. These Manifestations of God have each a twofold station. One is the station of pure abstraction and essential unity. In this respect, if thou callest them all by one name, and dost ascribe to them the same attribute, thou hast not erred from the truth." – Baha’u’llah, The Book of Certitude, p. 152.

not much different than rumi, or Mansur al-Hallaj, or meister eckhart, or your bab. the kingdom of heaven is a circle whose circumference is no where and whose center is everywhere, behold the kingdom of god is with man.

we get a little excited when we realize god's omnipresence in us, immanuel. unfortunately some try to claim exclusivity when its inclusively everything.

Man is in need of the light in our Lamp. Soul is the Lamp, Mind is the Wick and we must light ourselves with the 'Spirit of Faith', acceptance of Gods Messenger.

"He hath known God who hath known himself." (Bahá’u’lláh, Gleanings from the Writings of Bahá’u’lláh, p. 178)

"Self has really two meanings, or is used in two senses, in the Bahá’í writings; one is self, the identity of the individual created by God. This is the self mentioned in such passages as ‘he hath known God who hath known himself etc.’. The other self is the ego, the dark, animalistic heritage each one of us has, the lower nature that can develop into a monster of selfishness, brutality, lust and so on. It is this self we must struggle against, or this side of our natures, in order to strengthen and free the spirit within us and help it to attain perfection." (Shoghi Effendi, Lights of Guidance, p. 113)

You must die to self and live in God. (‘Abdu’l-Bahá, Lights of Guidance, p. 213)

We must find the Self of God with Gods Laws within.

When within thee the universe is folded?" Bahá'í Reference Library - The Seven Valleys And the Four Valleys, Pages 31-36
