Can God actually see us?

My job is to collect information from a certain company that I work for. Basically, the business that I work for has an angel that writes down everything that the business does, and then sends the information to me through the online web. And then, like a detective, or archaeological anthropologist I work to reconstruct the daily activities of the company by studying what's been left behind. Meaning, I turn numbers into a portrait or a data dashboard.

In Islam we believe that we humans have angels that write down everything that we do. And, just like an angel in the business, those angels send the information to whoever up top. I for example give the final portrait to the owner of the company. The owner of the company does not even have to be there, as long as all the numbers are collected and send. All he has to do is look at what's been left behind, but in a constructed manner.

So, can God directly hear us when we pray or can he directly see us? I don't believe so. When I pray I feel like there is an angel that listens to me. When I ask God something, it always feels like its not God who gives me the "voice" its the angels who serve as messengers from God.

An omniscient God wouldn't have to listen/watch; He already knew everything you would ever do from the dawn of time (and I would say that God even CREATED all of spacetime, so not only does He KNOW what you're going to do, He was actually the architect of it all).

I don't think it's seeing, like with human eyes. It's another sense. As we know, human sight already varies a lot from person to person and even more cross species, having such an imperfect way of understanding the world doesn't match God IMO.

I agree, it is not with human eyes because God is not a human.

According to my beliefs God is closer to us than we are to ourselves so that implies that God knows everything we are doing all the time. How God knows we cannot understand, and we do not need to understand. That ios way above our pay grade. :D

“Consider, moreover, how frequently doth man become forgetful of his own self, whilst God remaineth, through His all-encompassing knowledge, aware of His creature, and continueth to shed upon him the manifest radiance of His glory. It is evident, therefore, that, in such circumstances, He is closer to him than his own self. He will, indeed, so remain for ever, for, whereas the one true God knoweth all things, perceiveth all things, and comprehendeth all things, mortal man is prone to err, and is ignorant of the mysteries that lie enfolded within him….”

I don't think it's all that mysterious how God knows everything we will ever do--if the Bible is to be believed, it's because He created us all to do those things in the first place.

Your eyes saw my unformed substance, and in Your book all the days [of my life] were written before ever they took shape, when as yet there was none of them. --Psalm 139:16

A man's mind plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps and makes them sure. --Proverbs 16:9

The lot is cast into the lap, but the decision is wholly of the Lord [even the events that seem accidental are really ordered by Him]. --Proverbs 16:33

Many plans are in a man's mind, but it is the Lord's purpose for him that will stand. --Proverbs 19:21

Man's steps are ordered by the Lord. How then can a man understand his way? --Proverbs 20:24

O Lord [pleads Jeremiah in the name of the people], I know that [the determination of] the way of a man is not in himself; it is not in man [even in a strong man or in a man at his best] to direct his [own] steps. --Jeremiah 10:23

For we are God's [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live]. --Ephesians 2:10

[Not in your own strength] for it is God Who is all the while effectually at work in you [energizing and creating in you the power and desire], both to will and to work for His good pleasure and satisfaction and delight. --Phillippians 2:13

Thanks. It makes sense that God knows how we do things since God created us to do those things..

What I meant is that we cannot really understand the methods by which God knows, the modus operandi by which God functions, since God is unknowable. :D

God the Father exists outside matter, energy, space & time, in eternity
He may be eternity for all we know

God the Father
expanded himself to create God the Son
God the Son
is part & parcel of God the Father
God the Son
is The Creation, contains The Creation and moves in personality in The Creation
The Creation is alien to eternity. God the Father created it and maintains it

God the Father
sent his power through God the Son and created the Holy Ghost
The Holy Ghost is TIME. Time creates space
The Holy Ghost is the living video game which you call 'Life'
The Holy Ghost is the environment in which you live
The Holy Ghost is part & parcel of God the Son and God the Father

The Holy Ghost comprises angels in hierarchy
who are all part & parcel of the greater being
which results in the greater being having a personality
above and over that of its constituent parts

TIME has life and personality

An angel is the personification of a moment in time

God the Father
also exists in your soul
You know him as your conscience
When you develop a relationship with your conscience to the level that you do what it tells you even when you don't want to, your life will start to go right again and you will be directed towards your Life Purpose

God the Father in your soul
is directly responsible for everything good and bad that happens to you in your life. In that manifestation he is solely focused on your life and his advice is about your life only. He does not create your life by magic. He creates it by directing the living entity who some call 'Karma.' That living entity then passes his instructions to other life forms and personifications which may well include angels

Well, of course we can't completely know the mind of God, but like I said, the method by which He knows everything that we're going to do before we do it is no mystery--He wrote the script.
