I will probably, fairly soon, be off the grid for awhile. My mother, 98+, has taken a catastrophic turn for the worse and her chances for survival are very poor. Posting here is a needed distraction, but if what seems to be the expected outcome does occur, well, you will understand that I am otherwise occupied.

At this difficult time I draw strength from the community around me, including my virtual community here, and the wisdom and ways of our sacred tradition.

My prayers and heart are with you, and whatever course your mother may take, may she be comforted by her family and by her faith. :twohearts:

May you all find strength to console your mother and find comfort with your memories of her in better times.
