The 'father' God Most High (El Elyon) is also used in Revelation as God Almighty (EL Shaddai)... For me the CPU is all names, and all sounds; so we can not quantify it in one name.

You asked about the Lord tho, which is why started by explaining the succession in the Bible; the Messiah will have a secret name that is hinted at in the Tanakh.

The idea of many crowns, means many kingdoms, and since symbolically it would have to be a holy name in each kingdom, maybe the religions interlinking could be a clue.

It's a Name known by all things; not of any language, or introduction.

God in Islam has 99 names, most derived from his attributes. like The Generous. Many muslims take their name by adding slave to these attributes. like Abdelkarim means, the slave of the Generous, Abdel = slave, Karim = generous

"For his name's sake"....means because of his reputation. His name is attached to all his promises...it is the guarantee that all God's promises will be fulfilled.

God's name appears in the Hebrew text of the OT scriptures almost 7,000 times. Bible writers used God's name freely and with appropriate reverence. There was no command to refrain from using it unless a person used it in a wrong way or brought reproach on God's name by their ungodly conduct. Certain Jews took this to mean that removing the name would free them from breaking the 4th Commandment. So rather than try harder not to bring reproach on God's name by their speech or conduct, they simply stopped using God's name altogether. That is a typical legal approach used by the Pharisees.....always looking for loopholes in God's law so that they could do what seemed right to them....but was that right with God?

If an acclaimed author published a book of his best works and someone removed his name from the front cover, and just substituted the name "Author"...how pleased would that author be?

How pleased would God be when humans removed his name from his own book without his sanction or permission?....and his own "family" members at that!

We are in no doubt as to what God's name is and why the Jews stopped using it....but Christians then removed God's name from the majority of their Bibles altogether, so that it was easy to substitute the "Lord Jesus" for the "Lord God"....and the trinity was made doctrine as though it had been in scripture all along....nothing could have been further from the truth.

A "Lord" is "what" Jehovah is.....but his name identifies "who" Jehovah is. Like the title "President" isn't a man's name, but a description of the office he holds. He still has a personal name that is used when he is spoken about.

Many people in the Bible were addressed as "Lord", not just God and Jesus. It isn't just a religious title.

"The Greek and Hebrew words rendered “lord” (or such related terms as “sir,” “owner,” “master”) are used with reference to Jehovah God (Eze 3:11), Jesus Christ (Mt 7:21), one of the elders seen by John in vision (Re 7:13, 14), angels (Ge 19:1, 2; Da 12:8), men (1Sa 25:24; Ac 16:16, 19, 30), and false deities (1Co 8:5). According to Strongs, "God" 'elahh in Aramaic corresponds with 'elowahh in Hebrew. Both meaning "God" or "god"....That scripture does not have the tetragrammaton but is simply praising the name of God, which is יְהֹוָ֞ה (YHWH). So....what is your point?

Yes, it was an answer to the question Moses posed in verse 14. If you see in the Hebrew, "The Lord God of your forefathers" is יְהֹוָ֞ה (YHWH, Yahweh, Jehovah)

Really not sure if you're seeing this... There is One God Most High that has no name, as it is beyond names... It is all names.

Then there are messengers/avatars/elders/elohim/arch angels who are sent into reality, these have many names, and their names are often just metaphoric descriptors.

So take into account Yeshua means Salvation, Buddha means Discernment, Lao Tzu means Ancient Master...

If you're asking this question as you want to know what name you should have on your forehead like found in Revelation; it is to have the One true God, and not to get muddled up with names.

Also to recognize that Yeshua is Yahavah, therefore that isn't the name, and it isn't Yeshua as he has a new name.

Quoting Zoroastrianism and Hebrew: Ahura means Lord and Mazda means wisdom; Yah means Lord and Havah means To Be.

Not sure on including the Imam Mahdi either, as that is deemed to be a none divine being; if Isa returned that could be the Lord, yet Muslims deny that, and therefore their beliefs can not be quantified in the global name analysis.

Judaism looks at the initial question and (as Jews are won't to do) answers with a question: what do you mean by "name"?

We view God as a being that does not have a personal name because He isn't a person. He has labels for qualities and we have ways of referring to aspects of His being. One very telling label is "ein sof" or "infinite." Does that mean that "infinite" is God's 'name'? No, it means that one attribute of God is that He is infinite so when we invoke that idea we do so by citing that trait. The four letter name, the 42 letter name, the 72 letter name, or any of the others is just one way to refer to a concept that transcends names. In some ways of thinking, any combination of Hebrew letters is a name of God and, as was earlier stated, the combination of letters that makes up the Torah text can be thought of as one really long name of God.

In Hebrew teachings the word is spelled yod, heh, vav, heh - and is taught that Gods name should not be used in vain. Modern Biblical Hebraica Stuttgartensia would replace this name with addonay meaning Lord and were it is replaced spelled with capital letters (either GOD or LORD) in our English bibles. In Jiddish however the name for god would be Elim, El, or Thou. In greek the name God would agree with the last jiddish name mentioned, the name Theo is translated to God. In chinese Tao.

Modern hebrews teach that the Lord has many names, el shaddai for example. The teachings are deduced to different nations name for God - The eternal, L'eternell in french. Das FUHRER in german before world war II and in modern german bibles, the same as the English but in german - Der HERRN.

The name of the lord, is Jesus, and, it seems that before Jesus came to earth, his name was Michael. There is some argument about Jesus and Michael, being the same person, but according to what they do, as described in the Bible, are exactly the same, Daniel 12:1, 10:13, 21.
Of all the places in the Bible it seem to me that 1Thessalonians 4:16 proves that they are the same, for who else in heaven could be called, The Archangel, as it says here. Jude 9 also mentions Michael the Archangel disputing with Satan, the Devil. Also at Revelation 12:7-17, we are told about a war in heaven between Michael and Satan, with the Devil losing the fight and he is banished to the earth.
All the things mentioned about Michael are the things the Bible also says in other places, that Jesus does, Daniel 12:1 says that Michael stands up for his people, just as Jesus returns to earth to Judge mankind, Matthew 25:31-46. At Revelation 20: 1-3. Remember, God has given all the judging to Jesus, John 5:22.
To me it is clear that they must be the same person, with different names depending on the time of their actions.
The name of The Almighty God, the Father of Jesus, has a Personal, Proper Name, which was symbolized in Hebrew YHWH, which meant Jehovah. So, by far the most used name for the Almighty God is Jehovah, in English, with other languages pronouncing The Name somewhat differently.
In the Bible, God has many names, but only one is His Personal, Proper Name. The other names for God are Proper Adjectives, or descriptive names, but not Proper Names, which God had written, was His Memorial Name, forever, Exodus 3:14,15, 6:2-4. This is from the KJV 1611.
