However I believe one would have to deduce that God allows Muslims to be misguided into doing stupid things because of their delusions.

I believe it was not reported what Jesus wrote. It was reported that he wrote in the sand. I believe as God He has no need to do either since He knows what has been written and knew that his disciples would write His words with the guidance of the Paraclete.

I don't deduce that at all. It's a sweeping statement to claim that all Muslims are deluded, just like it is to claim that all Christians are.

His Disciples had nothing to do with Paul and Roman Sun worship repackaged as Christianity.
