I've seen a few threads about vegetarianism, veganism, and other diets which make me curious about what percentage of the forum members are vegetarian, vegan, etc.

So...what do you eat?

I eat vegetarian about 90% of the time, a little meat and fish 3 or 4 times a month. I also make sure to buy the ingredients and cook the food myself. It is much cheaper and I know what I'm eating.
I don't eat processed food and only consume sugar exceptionally.

Basically omnivore. But voted Other since I currently more or less keep to a version of paleo/keto diet (or at least try to).
Not sure whether it's really that much healthier, but I want to try out whether it has any effects on me.

That means, no or only little in regards bread, cake, pasta or anything that contains white sugar or grains.
Also not much potatoes, but that's more a matter of personal taste.
And avoiding instant meals (difficult when living with a family who has food from the freezer about every other day).
Much meat, fruits, vegetables, nuts, eggs etc.
Dark chocolate and honey are also fine.
I do however also consume milk and its products which wouldn't be included in a strict paleo diet.

The choices were not easy. I am to certain extent omnivorous, without red meat. I even like some insects. In general high in whole grains, vegetables, no high glycemic carbs, and low other meat products.

Omnivorous. But non-veg when my wife can put in the effort to do it. I like things fried and the bread (Roti, Tortilla) hard as in a Tandoori Roti or even harder - Water Roti: Wet the loaf in water, when slightly done turn the pan over the flame till it is done. Put some ghee (butter) on it and enjoy.

I'm a flexitarian. Some days I'm vegetarian, other days an omnivore. I once went vegan for 40 days. And boy howdy was it an interesting gastrointestinal experience when I suddenly ate meat and dairy in large quantities after the 40 days were up.

trying to add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar because there are like 15 health benefits to it.... i try to make small changes to diet since they add up By the way adding apple cider vinegar to a salad doesn't taste bad at all

One of the very wonderful things about living in California is that a great deal of ethnic food is within driving distance. Persian, Thai, Indian food are on top of the list. African, Vietnamese, Chinese and others are also available. This might not be foodie paradise but it sure is close.

I'm close to this ^ ^, my only red meat is a buffalo burger once a month.

I can report however that I gave up sugar (other than fruits), about 6 months ago and I've been losing weight steadily - hooray. I've also been gluten-free for several years. What scientists have done to wheat over the last few decades is scary.

Unless we get free pizza at work or I’m eating with my family I try to eat a pollo-piscaterican diet for health reasons. I also avoid pork entirely.

Organic, local veg, same for dairy, fish, meat. I really have no preference so long as it's fresh and well prepared.

I'm in new Zealand atm so different here but in the UK the choice is amazing, even Mongolian which I don't recommend, yuk

Having strong carnivorous tendencies, I've found this brand to be my salvation in maintaining a full vegetarian diet.

I've been drinking a tablespoon before meals for quite a while now. Not sure if it's helping, but it isn't hurting either. Has to be organic with mush in it.
