Is it disrespectful for a non-Jew to wear a Tzitzit?

well this is america and you can do what you want....

but tzitzit is a mitzvah of the Torah meant only for the jews...often it is a symbol of an observant jew and to wear them is, i think, an awesome responsibility

but no, a non-jew should not wear tzitzit

Is a Tzitzit ever used as a prayer "device"? It looks a lot like the monastic prayer ropes.

well during the morning service at the part of the "Shema" where the Book of Numbers talks about the mitzvot of wearing Tzitzit you kiss the tzitzit each time the word is used in the scripture. aside from that...not really....it's really there to act as a reminder...
