(45.9% is percentage of votes cast for Donald Trump in the 2016 Presidential election.)

This is an invitation to all Trump voters to step forward and tell us how you feel about Trump and his presidency.

He's doing great. Should I be concerned that Larry Flynt of Hustler offered 10M to anyone with enough dirt on Trump to get him impeached? Nope, it reassures me I voted for the right man for the job.

How do you vote for a man, who hired an immigrant to be his wife ? I mean, he outsourced the first ladys job, she can't even read the cat in the hat. She sounds like the terminator.

I have yet to see a Trump voter regret their decision. It really does make me lose hope. I thought the one silver lining in all this is that Republicans would finally get everything they've been claiming to want, and then realize how awful it was, and it would bring them back from their radicalization. But they just seem to be doubling down.

The bad - the stonewalling Congress (from both sides of the aisle) rather than negotiating with him to take needed actions are blocking reforms and he's had to resort to executive orders which can be undone by a new President and lack the proper debate passing such bills would normally entail. This means even if he does great things, there may be no permanence. Upside is that we basically get to beta his ideas, and he can adjust them on the fly in the name of improvement. Ultimately, we have to ask if the Congress expects the President to work in isolation are they even doing their jobs? I think their jobs are to assist the President (where reasonable) to give the people what they want and certainly things like Obummercare where they are not working financially.

The good - the economy and the stock market are going gangbusters and mean great things for every American. You can hate his guts, but raw economic improvement "trumps" all. With additional resources the life of every single citizen gets better. I'm also seeing this translate into a great vibe locally, and this place has been pretty down emotionally for a long time. That is certainly refreshing... Taking a big stick to the EPA was necessary, they were using pseudoscience and cooked experiments to formulate a lot of their findings. A through discussion of this would be OT here, but let's say the good part of the EPA stops at automobiles. It's been destroying the economy often for no reason...

Even if they step forward and tell us how they feel about his presidency, it might be fake.

Take a moment to breathe, and realize that IF you are an American this might be the best eight years of your life soon enough. These improvements in the economy are going to trickle down into things you'd never expected.

I've always sort of half liked Dr. Seuss, but I've come to realize it's just weird. I don't care if she can read the Cat in the Hat.

I have yet to see anything that Trump has done worse than Obama and when that happens I'll definitely say so. If you think Trumpers are blind you'd be mistaken most of us are the betrayed. Betrayed by the Democrats and the Neo-cons... We only trust Trump if he delivers on his promises, and it seems he's doing everything possible to do that at the moment. The result is jobs up, stocks up, economy up, hiring up, happiness up, consumer confidence up, etc... Yes, I'll have more of all of that PLEASE.

If you want an example of blindness look no further than the average liberal who will vote for a morally corrupt piece of garbage like Hillary Clinton over someone who while a womanizer never has EVER been convicted of a damn thing. She was literally complicit in Bill's antics and should have been convicted as well, as far as I am concerned.

It reminds me of Proverbs 23:9.

I would like someone to actually respond and say what they think is so good about the past few months with him in office.
I even started a thread an hour ago asking that question, but no one will answer.
So even a fake response would show that they are thinking.
But, no thinking allowed. I guess.

Well, he is accomplishing most of what he said he would do or attempt to do so. if you actually look.

I don't think we are getting that Wall anytime soon but let's be honest that was a stretch.

he sure is rustling old media's jimmies which is always nice.

I rate his current presidency maybe a C+ I give the same to Obama but this is within trumps barely a year in it could rise to a B.

Certainly not perfect. The first word I'd suggest is refreshing. But, there have definitely been what I've seen as failures or actions/directions taken that I disagree with wholesale as failing the principles the United States government should uphold.

Paris Accord

Coal/Pipelines/EPA
For starters, that is not an abysmal 1st year, he's only missing a major legislative success to have a solid first year administratively. In principle it has feels a success just to alter course in so many different ways as compared to the recently replaced trajectory.

Love how no news outlets report on that. they just kind of hide all that under "Trump took a dump today"

Economy is up. It's been going up for years, now. Trump hasn't managed to tank it, yet, I'll give him that much.

But how can you claim he's delivered on anything else? He hasn't been able to deliver on healthcare reform. He hasn't been able to fund his wall. There hasn't been immigration reform. The tax overhaul is looking iffy, and completely useless to middle class folk (my federal taxes would go up based on a preliminary estimate and my household makes less than $100,000 a year.)

He's destabilized our relationship with our allies. He's made things much more tense and rocky with North Korea and Iran. He has a scary infatuation with using nukes.

He hasn't fixed NAFTA, and has pissed off Canada in the process.

He's demonstrated that he literally has no clue about policy and the government and how things are run.

He is an embarrassment. He can't stop tweeting. His vocabulary is painful. He literally described paper towels as "beautiful".

His cabinet and administration is in shambles. How many turnovers in the first 6mo? Not only is he personally incompetent; he can't even hire competent people. The state department is woefully understaffed. He knowingly hired someone with compromised security (Flynn).

The nepotism with Ivanka and Jared should be concerning to everyone.

He golfs and vacations like a retiree and is funneling taxpayer money into his own coffers to boot. He never divested, so we have no assurance that he isn't or won't do things to benefit himself personally.

People in his own party have described the White House as an "adult day care center".

But I know you don't care about any of this. And that's precisely what I find so disheartening.

Paper towels are beautiful though. can we take a moment to think on paper towels and the advancements they have brought to human living

Let me get this straight. You think that because Trump has never been convicted, he's just peachy.

But you think that Hilary, who also has never been convicted, should be convicted for her husband's actions.o_O Holy double standard, batman.

If conviction is your standard, then why do you think Hilary is still guilty? Why do you think she should pay for someone else's sins? What is this, Genesis?

I don't think Clinton was a perfect person. But I do not think there is any actual evidence that she is "a morally corrupt piece of garbage". On the other hand, such a case could be made for Trump, with actual facts, like stiffing contractors, like walking in on teenage girls dressing, like using his charitable foundation to buy paintings of himself, like refusing to pay for medical treatment of his nephew's sick baby.

Not his job, it's his parties job and Congress as a whole. So your point was?

He's doing what he can to add options via orders, but that's the extent of his power...

The rest of your stuff is presumption - that they're related to Trump they cannot do their job when everything in their life stories says otherwise. Trump isn't just Trump, Trump is his entire army and family and that's how he works. He's a rich guy that does business like a small business owner - he works with those he can count on. You hate that? You probably hate every mom and pop on the planet then... The damage is probably between your ears, not anything anyone here can help you with in that case.

I'm pretty sure he likes *****... After that, the reports of Trump being a douche to women is pretty rare. I think Clinton is a morally reprehensible individual not because of one specific action of her life, but the entirety of it. She's a parasite, and isn't fit to be a school custodian...

The other stuff shows nothing other than his tastes are different than yours, it's irrelevant. Clinton's screw ups got people murdered... Just not the same thing... Even if what you were saying was true getting aroused by the company teenage girls isn't a crime. Sick old man? Yeah different strokes... still irrelevant...

Apparently you know nothing about show biz... dressing rooms are pretty communal and people waking in on others happens all the time. Men and women getting naked and changed in the same areas... This isn't the real world, this is an aspect of this business sometimes the dressing areas are shared and sometimes you HAVE to get through the dressing area to get somewhere else. I've worked several live shows and you can just forget about privacy - you got 5 minutes to get your *** in gear or you get fired. You gotta be ready to go at the curtain or you are dead...
